If I could give zero, I would. I have been dealing with this company since December with the promise of a complete website in 7days. Since then, I have been battling with them to deliver the completed website. There is no transparency and effective communication. If you don't want to pay extra, they ghost you literally. They are also not transparent with their pricing, there is always more money, they need you to spend. 2/5/25: I have been bombarded with phone calls and emails, trying to con me money. They try to milk money out of you, LITERALY. Please save all communications and receipts if you choose to work with them, SAVE them to SAVE YOURSELF. I REGRETED WORKING THIS COMPNAY!!!!!

Save yourself the frustration and headache. This company has been very difficult. My website has been complete for over a month; however, I still have not received the CMS panel integration instructions to manage the website. Therefore, I cannot make any changes to the site or alter it in any way. Also, I had to place a few calls to the management team just to get the website developer to call me back. He often ghosted me when I refused to upgrade or pay more for a service I did not think was necessary. It's a company with an American address, but all the employees have very heavy South West Asian accents. Go with another website developer. I regret my decision immensely.

Huge fraud. They have American names but they are all Indians. They will charge your credit card without telling you. Stay away we lost $4000. They will keep taking money out and you won't know until they drain your credit card. So many transactions unauthorized. Forget about website development. Red alert!!!

First contacted in November 2023 to design a website for a new business. Shortly after signing up for $299 the rep contacted me to pay addition money $990 for site enhancements. The dev site was sent to me for review and after a few weeks I gave ok to publish the site. At that time I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $1500 to further enhancements-- I refused and the rep who'd been friendly became RUDE. A week later, he sent a text requesting a call in which he offered a CMS tool at $3000--- I refused, and he became irate and ultimately stopped responding to me. to date I do not have a website nor my money back. The pricing is not upfront and you are upsold during every contact. SCAM

This company is scam. Be careful. They are only good on taking your money.

This is the worst company to work with. They will not deliver on what you paid for. They give you the run around. Matthew White is the project manager, horrible person, just wants to upsell and conveniently forgets when he said something would be done

Website Dezk has solved my biggest problem in such an easy way. I hired them to revamp my old website as customer finds it difficult to navigate and because of it my monthly leads were getting effected. They have completely revamp and made it such a user-friendly without changing the brand actual appeal. I personally found them very cooperative, responsive and dedicated. In-fact my monthly business leads is improving. Thank you so much for the great service.

They created a user-friendly website for my real estate project. Customers may easily schedule an appointment for a site visit via the website. The daily site visits have grown, and my customers are interested in purchasing it as well. The result is positive.
