I have had nothing but problems, for years,with my reception. It'll be working one minute, then nothing. When I call, I get the same BS. "It looks good from our end"...really, well not from mine. It actually took me 6 months of complaining, just to get someone out here to check their equipment. First, they told me it was my router. I went out and bought a new, more expensive one, and still I couldn't get a good signal. Finally, after telling them I was going to appear at their office, they came out. The technician, barely touched the dish, it fell off. I was promised, I wouldn't be charged for my service because it was their issue, they lied. I never received the credit I was promised or even an apology, for telling my it was my router that was bad. My signal still sucks. Now, I'm told it's the trees around their towers that are interfering with my signal...really? Fix your issues!! YOUR ISSUES! At $60, a month, I should never have my signal be unstable. Sad, that if we live in a rural area we have to be taken advantage of by these bad businesses. I need to find someone who doesn't try to shove a "bundle" package down my throat! Any suggestions?

I would have given them zero but unfortunately you have to give one to give the review. This Internet is unreliable and slow. Half the time we can't even use our direct TV on demand due to slow Internet. The customer service is just like the Internet. Unreliable and slow. Your lucky if you get a hold of anyone when you call and when you need a tech to come and repair it can take a week if not more. Very frustrating. Over priced service with dial up speeds.
