Love to shop here not to get anything for myself but my boyfriend likes it. The customer service is great. Never had any problems they go out of their way to be helpful.

I had to return to the Stiiizy store in Barstow twice today due to a faulty vape. Jonathan assisted me during both visits and handled the situation professionally. He was patient, clear in his communication, and made the exchange process smooth. I appreciated his help in resolving the issue.

My girlfriend and I had such a great experience thanks to Britisha! She was super friendly and made us feel completely comfortable during our visit. We appreciated that she didn't make us feel rushed, even though we had a lot of questions. Customer service like hers really stands out--we'll definitely be back!

Julianne helped me pick flowers, wax, and a vape pod. She also helped me save money and come in under budget. I always try to stop on the drive between Vegas and Cali, definitely worth it. Staff is always patient and very helpful, thank you!

Tenders gave bogus info, seemingly dishonest. When asked about advertised discounts Friday morning not being applied we were told the discount represented a percentage of lower cost when compared to other shops and not a discount. Felt like a con game/scam and assuming we were naive. We have been loyal clients for a couple of years and this was the first time a hustle was attempted.

Just stopped in and bought a 7G pack of infused flowers for $35. I had to evacuate because of the fires in LA and am headed to family in Arizona so stopped here on a break at 7:10pm on 1/8. Was helped by Amanda. Paid with a $100 bill. Was given $35 back not $65. My fault for not double checking my change. Can't believe I paid for double what was given to me and I don't even live nearby to get compensation. (I tipped $5 from the change given to me meaning I walked out $70 spent but only have 1 pack to show for all that money.) Called to ask them if they could credit my account the $30 at the end of the night when they see her register is over but of course nobody answered the phone. Left a voicemail but so far it's been about half an hour and no call back. ** UPDATED ** Amanda called me back and deeply apologized, which I appreciated. She said next time I come back by they'd have my remaining change waiting in the manager's office. very much so appreciate the accountability and assistance.

Just had the best experience at Barstow Stiiizy! Leza was absolutely amazing--so helpful, knowledgeable, and just an all-around gem . She helped me find some great new products, and I couldn't be happier! Another gentleman (whose name I didn't catch, but shoutout to you!) was also super friendly and made the whole visit a vibe. The energy here is always welcoming, but today was extra top-tier . Also, I have to give a huge shoutout to Trisha! The last two times I came in, she helped me, and she is SO amazing too! She's always super sweet, helpful, and really knows her stuff. Y'all have such an incredible team, and I appreciate the great service every time! Can't wait to come back!
