The staff at BR graphics is unlike any other. they work promptly and efficiently, and provide the perfect amount of communication throughout the design and printing process. We started off using them as a back up to our longtime vendors in San Francisco, and within months, they became our primary printers. The quality is amazing, whether they are printing business cards, trifolds, or vinyl stickers... Everything is always perfect. I could not recommend them more!

They are very unprofessional, I've tried to let things slide in the past, but I am fed up with them. I have been supporting their business for a few years now but they have gotten worse and worse each year. Last year I was having obituaries made for my mom's funeral service, they sent me a proof of the obituary and I approved it. They failed to notify me that they were closed the next day so when I went in to pick up my mom's obituaries, they were closed. This was the day before my mom's funeral service. I was running around the day before and the morning of my mom's service panicking trying to get obituaries made. Luckily Staples was able to do it and someone picked them up and brought them 30 minutes into the service. They were not the same quality but I made it work and still purchased the ones from BR Graphics about a week later. This last time I was doing business with them I had needed some small flyers printed, they kept complaining about size and format but wouldn't allow me to see a sample of one flyer when I was purchasing 100 flyers. Every other time I have been able to see a sample of my product. They told me I would have to drive all the way to Brentwood to see a sample (half an hour from me) then I would have to wait another several hours for them to print the flyers. They made no effort to accommodate me even after I let them know I was a returning customer and live 30mins away. They don't appreciate their customers and pick and choose who they want to provide quality service to. I will not be using their services again and will be tell all of my friends and associates that I referred to no longer support their business: Do better BR Graphics!

BR Graphics effectively accommodated our tight schedule for a crucial event we had to attend at the last minute. We needed 144 labels printed within a 48-hour timeframe, and not only did they meet this deadline, but they also provided extra labels, which proved to be very useful. Overall, we experienced great service.

We chose BR Graphics to print tickets for our veterans' event, and they exceeded our expectations. The tickets were professionally serialized and perfectly perforated, making distribution seamless. We're incredibly impressed with their quality and service and will undoubtedly rely on BR Graphics for all our future printing and event needs.

I had visited this business based off of a recommendation from a friend. I ended up taking and having some vinyl letters made for my window of my classic car. I worked with Melissa in the front office and came up with a design and colors and placement on the window, which was an excellent choice. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for signs or reproductive graphics.
