Charles the representative was very humble, informative and was able to relate to concerns. He didn't push for my business. Allen the installer was very clean at his wiring. As a person who has OCD tendencies, I am impressed. We had some difficulties with ADT connecting with Google Home and vice versa, he stayed on the phone until it was resolved.
