CPI Solutions, a Meriplex Company

We have been using CPI Solutions for almost 3 years now and have been extremely happy with their service. We chose to go with an outside IT company rather than replacing our previous internal IT person and it has worked out very well for us. CPI came in and did a full infrastructure upgrade for us (that included new virtual servers, network upgrade, re-wiring all of our cables, etc.) and we were very happy with the results. CPI is proactive and we always feel like they are one step ahead of us. Their support team is extremely helpful and responsive and we've always felt they treated our company like it was their own. We would HIGHLY recommend CPI!

Highly recommend CPI Solutions! They are professional and provide excellent customer service. Since switching to CPI Solutions, I have noticed a huge difference in the speed and ease of my company's computer system. If there are ever any IT issues that can not be resolved over the phone, CPI sends out an IT consultant that day to fix the issue. They have a direct phone line to contact with any questions. It is nice to finally deal with a locally sourced IT firm that provides prompt customer service. This is very rare to find as most IT companies outsource overseas.
