WorldMark Cathedral City

I really enjoy my stay at WorldMark Cathedral City. Tia at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful, kind, informative, patient, and provided fantastic customer service, and she made me feel really welcomed. All other staff members were cordial and professional. The property is very well kept. The unit itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Nice kitchen, organized closet, full bathroom, 2 smart TVs, living room area, and dining area. I highly recommend this location, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider staying here once again.

Wonderful place well located. We can easily access Palm Springs and Palm Desert, where we have friends and favorite spots we like to go to. It's a cool, friendly place where people are nice and you can relax and be yourself.

Very spacious 1 bedroom units, full kitchen and huge central courtyard and swimming pool. Very quiet and generally no children. Great value - don't bother to book the studio units; no comparison - small units with micro kitchen and mini living room.

The front desk, was extremely accommodating, they were friendly and took care of our needs (shout-out Megan!). The rooms were clean and well maintained

I have stayed in several WorldMark resorts (I'm an owner) and I really wanted to like this one. But it's older and showing its age. Carpet needs replacing. Furnace A/C in one unit controls two units. Neighbors could not get their A/C to work while one night we could not get temp above 65! That said, staff was helpful and friendly as always. It's a nice peaceful resort compared to the one at Indio. Much less of a party atmosphere. Grounds were well kept.

Great location, great staff, roomy accommodations. One of the cleanest timeshare resorts we have stayed in. A big plus are the garages, which keep your car shaded and out of the weather. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

First of all, Tia at the front was one of the sweetest warmest welcomes I have received from any place I've stayed domestic or international. What a lovely human! Secondly this is a very clean, well organized place to stay with great pool, laundry, gym etc. It's gated and feels very safe and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend and will stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Nice quiet location near the golf course and the CVLink Bike Paths in Cathedral City. Also very close to the Cathedral City Balloon Festival in October. This is half of a Raintree Resort. One negative is that you are not close to fun eating establishments like in Palm Springs. Nice staff.
