IHNetworks has been a great host for us and I have no complaints. We migrated our site from another provider and it was very smooth. The migration went through without any hitches at all. The staff is also easy to work with and seem to be very knowledgeable.

LONG time customer. Reliable hosting company until a few months ago things quickly went downhill. Needed to edit some DNS records but could not due to improper values pre-loaded from a restore (not by me). GUI interface parsing loop prevented corrective action from my end. Spent nearly an hour convincing the support staff via support ticket e-mails the problem was on their end. Finally resolved and working after it was escalated but should never have happened in the first place if a recent backup was used (why wasn't it?). Now there is a completely different GUI interface that is broken too. Original link used for about a decade shows new reseller panel but NO options to do anything with the 13 accounts in it. Asked to use another login with all the options shown but NO accounts. Spent time with chat, who ultimately suggested I open a support ticket because they could not do it. Like baseball this is strike two, and I'm already searching for a new team because strike three appears to be inevitable with the current resource management team there.

Love the service that IH provides. Staff is helpful and friendly. A+
