JMS Internet

Great company and I have enjoyed the time that i have used their service. Due to new local connectivity, it was time for me to discontinue service from JMS. If i ever need them in the future, I would surely pick them over other wireless offers.

3 stars is for their customer service. The service itself is one star. My previous review was removed after they asked me to change my review and I wanted to wait to see if the service was better. It was for the first few weeks but wasn't long term. It regularly drops out 3-4 times a day at least. Super annoying if you're playing an online game! I had a previous mobile service on the same router that was much better. Is it internet? Yes. Is it worth $100 with all the drop outs? No. Says no throttling but if it just drops out then what's the difference? Unfortunately I have to keep them for another month until I transition to my new place. Blinking red light of death!

I used JMS Internet for almost five years. The only reason I no longer require their services is because I moved to a location where internet was provided, and I found myself no longer using my hotspot. Jason and the team have been amazing - from helping me get up and running with their services, to transitioning from 4G to 5G hotspots, and even assisting with billing issues that were my fault. They've provided absolutely outstanding service. Would highly recommend! If I ever need hotspots again, JMS is where I'd go. Thanks for everything, JMS!

I really appreciated JMS. I've used them for years and always had great service from them. In the beginning we had to bounce from provider to provider but once we got the right one we had great service throughout the country. We initially used the service as we traveled in our RV. Then we got used to it and use it anytime we're traveling in our car. Great service! Great options!

We love JMS! We've had them for several years with no issues in our service. The customer service is always impeccable, and the actual Internet service is really reliable, fast, and has plenty of bandwidth for everything we need. Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent. Used their service for an AT&T hotspot in our travel trailer while my wife worked as a travel nurse. Would recommend.

My experience with this company was a solid gold 5 star relationship. I was unable to get internet where I live. Our cell service is also unreliable. I was referred to JMS by someone that had been using them for a long time. Every move I made with this company was easy and reliable. Communication from them was on point. The willingness to help when I needed it was always in place. I would highly recommend them to help you get online, stay online and avoid the limitations other connectivity providers force upon you.
