I have worked with this whole team for 2 years now, as their client, and a partner on the overall IT strategy for the organization. Their team is excellent, Michael and Rachel are so thoughtful and flexible. I have worked with Jeff on 3 occasions. All on issues that were 80% my fault--it's taken 2+ hours to resolve on most occasions, And.He's.Been.A.Sweet.Patient.Angel the whole time. So big ole' shoutout to Jeff, for being the best.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the professional techs at Precision IT. I've worked with them on a couple of projects now and they always have the IT stuff nailed down. I always recommend them to anyone that needs IT support. The thing the impresses me the most is that they not only know WHAT needs to be done, but they know WHY it needs to be done and can explain those reasons in clear, easy to understand terms. They are also excellent and identifying potential problems before they occur and taking steps to prevent them. They make IT simple and reliable.

Precision IT is always able to work with us and figure out our problems based on non IT descriptions and come up with a solution. They make sure our issues are resolved in a timely manner and we always feel as if we are their main priority.

Great professional staff and services -- the Precision IT team go above & beyond to make sure our business runs smoothly! When the company's email system shut down unexpectedly (due to the incompetence of the web hosting company) Precision stayed on top of the situation (around the clock!) and not only got it back up and running, but continually monitored the situation afterwards and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening it again. Many of our staff, (self-included!) work odd hours, off-site & on weekends. When problems arise, we can count on someone answering the phone for help to resolve the issue. Your emergency is their emergency-- they're ON IT!

PITC saved the day with a last minute phone consultation walking me through what was needed to get our internet back up and running for a leadership retreat at our office which had been closed (and internet shut down) for COVID - Sam and Carlos, appreciate your patient and effective support!

Sam Calicura was extremely helpful and didn't give up on my issue until it was resolved, took about 1 hour to figure out the issue. Even though he was supposed to be off the clock for the day, he was still willing to help me.
