I am a clinical psychologist setting up a new practice. I had to completely redo my professional website. After a terrible experience with another web design company, I found Jelly Websites. Shelly Rager and her team have been wonderfully helpful and exactingly professional. They redesigned for me a beautiful site at a reasonable cost with ongoing support and hosting. They restored my hope that I can get my new business off the ground. I highly recommend Jelly Websites! They are excellent.

I highly recommend Jelly websites and wish I could give more than 5 stars! I worked with Shelly and her awesome team for my Wedding Design company website and they did an outstanding job. They provide excellent customer service, are fast and very creative. We have been in business 20 years, and as a wedding decor company our website is very important. It is the #1 marketing tool in our industry. Our previous website design and hosting company was causing me a lot of problems with our website crashing, not properly forwarding client emails and more. I'd had enough and called Shelly and she and her team swooped in a solved my problems the day I reached out to her! Shelly showed me she not only cared and understood how important our website was, but she and her team did an outstanding job redesigning it. Their customer service is top notch and I cannot say enough great things about them.

I have been practicing for 32 years and have always strived for choosing the best options for the patients well being. I do a lot of procedures that most people aren't aware exist. In the years , I have gone through many different website developers hoping they could get my messages public so as to benefit my own practice growth but at the same time have new people share in our excitement of our unique approach to dental care. Every time I've been disappointed. Now I am enthusiastically about my newly developed website. It just went live this week. For the first time in my 32 years of practice, I know it says everything I've wanted to get out there. I cannot express how amazing it is to work with Shelly and Jennifer. HCWI / Jelly Websites has handled my company web site and online marketing for over 15 years. Not only do I feel that they have a great design sense, but they are extremely responsive to my company as a client. Their type of customer service is rare in any industry these days and is the main reason that I have stayed with them for all these years.

**UPDATED REVIEW** Unfortunately, I ended up having a rather negative experience with this company, when we decided to transfer our services to a different company. I want to emphasize that up to this point, all was fine with this company. However, if you're reading this review, be aware of their 24mo contract. Once you sign it, there's really no way to cancel it by paying a cancellation fee. Instead, should you decide to discontinue your services with them, they will charge you for the entire 24mo. To me this doesn't make any sense. Pretty much every company I've ever had a contract with allows you to terminate the contract by paying termination fee instead of charging you the entire amount for the duration of service they won't be providing. I made a mistake by not paying attention to this rather senseless policy, when signing the contract with them. I certainly don't want others to have a similar experience. So make sure you're ok with these terms, before getting into a contract with them. I would like to say that aside from this issue, my previous review still stands true in terms of how they helped me get my first website running. I just wish they had a more reasonable cancellation policy. ************************** I worked with Jelly Websites for my dental practice website. I went into the world of domains and websites without any knowledge and the team at Jelly Website made the process seamless. Everything was explained clearly. They asked to send them few of the websites I liked the design, so they could get an idea for my taste and they did a mock up based on that, which was spot on. After the website went live, the team continued to be a great resource. Always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend their services.
