gotomyerp is fantastic! The experience of using them has just been great. Their level of knowledge about how to support not just the cloud desktop instance, but our implemented software systems has been second to none. The teams are extremely quick and thorough any time we have asked for help. We've asked a lot of questions, and there wasn't a question they did not already have a detailed answer to. Accessing our applications is simple and secure. The applications are also quick and responsive just as if accessing on our local machines. If you have accounting/payroll/tax applications that need hosting, this is your company. Highly recommended.

Several years ago we decided to abandon our on-premise Sage 100 installation for a hosted environment. While I generally prefer to manage my own installations and have the ability to control all aspects on my own server, the hosted environment offers many benefits: redundancy; back-up; updated technology; easier non-premise access; and other benefits. Potential downsides include not getting the required support when you need it. In this regards, its a problem I no longer worry about. GoToMyERP has a reliable, robust hosted environment. The support they provide is not only top notch, but its beyond what I could do on my own in my own on-premise installation. They often respond within minutes, depending on the issue, and their fixes are generally one-and-done. Communication is clear and execution is efficient. While these kind of migrations always present their challenges, I'm confident that having GoToMyERP as my technology partner will allow me to turn more of my focus to growing rather than troubleshooting my business.

Working with gotomyerp has been a very smooth process, I'm very happy with the choice I made. Their customer service is second to none. I found the response time was 10 minutes or less. No joke! You can rarely find this kinda of response these days. It also helps that their service is consistent and very high quality. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a hosting company!
