We went with PageHub to do my garage website and they will stay connected with you and help you through everything you need to do. We stayed up to date on our end and they got our site running within a month! My wife loves talking to the people at PageHub, she does all the office stuff, and she is very satisfied with them. Megan K calls and was always making sure that we was happy with what was going on. She checked on us alot and was very helpful with picking out the design of the website, we highly recommend asking for her! Our website is amazing and had my wife crying. We highly recommend this company if you go through Google!!

I cancelled my subscription 6 months ago because I brought all of my marketing in house. They charged me $149 a month to "get me to the top of google". I was already pretty high up on google in my area and I found that they were doing just some pretty random things that probably helped a little but by no stretch of the imagination was extremely helpful. It was $149 though so very little money compared to most. Here is the issue. They called me today after six months of being cancelled and asked me why. I simply told them I brought marketing in house. They said they understood and told me they could do it for $99 a month. The thing that got me was she stated I had been cancelled for a couple months and their optimization was going to stop. So I asked her when did I cancel. She stated a couple months again so I said I know it wasn't a couple months ago, when did I cancel? She then stated six months ago. I then asked her have you guys been doing work on my account since I cancelled with you guys and she said yes because even after the cancellation what they do is still optimizing the account and it was going to "turn off". That is all flat out lies. Before I even cancelled I removed their access to my google account and have someone else doing it. My account is substantially more optimized than it was when they were doing it. They don't have access to remove anything they did apart from one youtube video. I liked them at first and would have said they would be great for the new business owner who wants a little help who is strapped on cash. I would now say that I wouldn't recommend them because they have to lie to try to get business. Had I not been fairly knowledgable about SEO and google my business profiles that easily would have made me believe that I would have lost my spot. Please be wary of working with these people. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because my initial experience was good.

If I could post 0 stars, I would. And I HATE leaving negative reviews; it's not how I usually operate. But this needs to be an exception. I'm shocked at how insanely unprofessional PageHub has become. I was pleased with their service when we first signed up, but they quickly fell off the radar. Do not expect to receive any kind of accountability on their end. They are either unwilling or unable to address or report what they have done to support your business. They will gladly bill you every month, but supply zero evidence of the work they have done. They claim that they've been writing posts and sharing to our site, despite the fact that the posts have never appeared on our site and they cannot supply samples of what they claim to have posted. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Overall great service for there rates. Website was done quick and I had no complaints. Usually getting a website done has been much longer and costly in the past. Jose was also very patient in helping with our business listings.

We paid for many months without our website Being verified by google due to several different issues. On top of that , anytime you looked up our business it went to medical devices. Once I spoke with Kelly and Bob we thought it was going to be fixed. I tried to call today (3wks since we spoke) and they closed our account and Kelly was disgustingly rude! Her facts were definitely off. She said we made payment arrangements when we definitely didn't BECAUSE NO ONE COULD GET TO OUR SIGHT AND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED. They were paid for MANY months without us getting a benefit. I'd look around and if this is your last option... I would think again. Kelly will run this place into the ground.

I responded to a PageHub phone solicitation in late 2017 and agreed to pay them for their promise to put my psychotherapy business on the first page of Google in 3 months. The rep promised he knows what he was doing given that his mother was a psychologist. He wanted to give my self-made website a makeover but I didn't want that. We agreed to start with my Google my Business account. After 3+ months, I was nowhere on the map. I called them several times about that. They promised they were working on it and would even offer one more month of work for free to get me to my target. Then I looked up my Google My Business account, which I had previously created myself and I was frozen with fury. They did everything that Google said NOT to do because they would penalize you for it. PageHub posted 3-4 adds a day, for about 5 days total out of those 3 months. They were all stock images that were meaningless to my business. The texts were brief mumo-jumbo. Literally. They were like 5 unfinished, meaningless "sentences", that were rather just words thrown out there, with "anxiety and depression" highlighted in them several times, but without any context. As if a five-year old threw up some words on a topic that he had never heard of. Grammar was horrible and any point to the articles were non-existent. I called them about it, they said they'd fix it, but never did. I gave up after 3 months. I stopped trusting them, and never took them on on their 1 month free offer. They clearly have no idea what they are doing or any interest in helping a small business. I quickly deleted all that garbage in fear of making my business worse for Google. I'm still angry at myself for not demanding my money back. I guess I was so hurt, angry, and demoralized that I just didn't have the strength to fight them. I just hated them so much that I didn't want to do anything with them anymore. I strongly advice against using them. I think that the only thing they are good at is scamming unsuspecting people.

These guys been great , I'm very suprised to see these complaints and one stars. Have worked with them for years, Justin was king sad we lost him, we worked as a team and he stayed in constant contact, Now I've opened up another deal with a new group of people , so far they have been very responsive and easy to reach at any time. So very suprised some of the reviews. I would like to get some better key words more direct for searching and some better photos but that where the owners have to do some work also as a team and not set them up for failure. Communicate , help them understand and I send pictures and key search tittles - it's really a partnership to be truely successful here , I'm hopeful my new listing will climb to top three quick , justin did this in less than 45 days he was the master , thanks also to Megan and Jose so far so good
