I sadly found this crazily offensive as I personally reply to every single business email myself. I get hundred of customer service emails and strive to reply as quickly as possible with the best solution for Our customers. I replied to their original email within 5 minutes and they're telling me that's not good enough?? We are small family run business who pride ourselves in customer service quality, and they have just completely shot this down! Thanks a bunch, nothing like pulling someone down deep into a hole and feeling bad! ... The original email repose I got days after my very quick 5 minute reply... I totally understand how easy it is to fall behind on customer service due to limited bandwidth. If your team needs help managing customer service you should definately check out TalentPop. They're who we use to help handle customer service and do a really great job of managing CS while keeping our costs low. This business sends or has hired someone to send emails pretending to be clients or customers. Even if you respond in 2 minutes to the email, the customer responds saying they have made the purchase elsewhere (because you were too slow), and then lets you know they are also an Ecom business and that they use TalentPop to respond to enquiries super quick. Not only that, they 'link us in' with their TalentPop customer success manager. This scam to aquire new customers was clearly not well thought up by those in charge, and if they need to resort to these things, it makes you think... Clearly we aren't the only business receiving these. Look at the reviews. A $50 voucher from Amazon? What's the catch? Change our review? We 're good.

They are spammers that target small businesses. Over the last year they've sent these scammy emails pretending to be a new customer but instead it is a bait and switch. When you reply they then tell you how they would have purchased if you would have emailed them sooner and you should use their service for customer service. If you get these emails from them this is in direct violation to CAN-SPAM laws and they can be fined up to $50,000 per email. I have attached the emails. REPORT THEM!! I reporting them and attaching these emails to every place I can.

Uses scam techniques to attempt and gain new customers. Will send an email from a fake business, then complain and recommend using talentpop to deal with customer service since you are too slow in your reply. Will go through whole industry email lists, including multiple fake emails to the same company with multiple email addresses.
