This was such a great idea. We had a lovely stay; the trailer was very clean and cozy! Acres Landing was a great location for visiting Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The large mineral water hot tub with jets was perfect after a long day. Even when the weather was windy and chilly the tub was very relaxing. The thick robes were a real nice touch! Also check in and check out were easy with my cell phone.

This place has such a great vibe! The Airstreams are absolutely charming--clean, cozy, and clearly well taken care of. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee creamer and bottled water waiting in the fridge. The amenities were top-notch as well. I'd definitely love to come back!

What an incredible find, this place truly does hospitality right! We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Wendy gave us a warm welcome and personally walked us to our Airstream. We found a hand-written note and thoughtful treats, what a nice surprise! We learned that this place has been years in the making and their passion shows. Each camper has its own story and intentional design. It felt so luxurious, with a full size bathroom, cozy living space and private bath outside. The heated pool and spacious hot tub were a perfect place to unwind after hitting the trails. The vibes were immaculate, and we can't wait to book our next stay!

Spent two nights there for a quick getaway. Had a really great and relaxing time. The solo tub is amazing. The pool and spa are wonderfully hot and reinvigorating. Felt safe the whole time I was on the properly and there's minimal noise from the main street. Keep your eyes out for the adorable wild bunnies!

This place is all you need if you are looking to disconnect, relax and chill. Everything is super clean, comfortable and convenient! The campers are a lot of fun! The guests are diverse and the environment is super inclusive (24 hour pool and NO kids anywhere!!! ) . Wendy, who welcomed us upon our arrival was truly exceptional - very nice and sweet ! The whole experience was amazing and we already can't wait to go back ! I feel like we found our spot !

Great new spot with well-upgraded airstreams. Peaceful, clean, mountain views, and such a nice hot tub and pool with natural hot mineral water frequently changed so low chems. Pools open 24/7 too. I'd read mixed things about the town but it's nice and has any basics needed including food and coffee. Had some great Mexican and sushi nearby.

Beautifully appointed campers with sir conditioning, great bed and bedding, satisfying shower. The mineral water pool and hot tub were so nice, naturally heated, perfect in cooler weather. There are soaking tubs outside every camper. There was some inconsistency with the lobby--no person present and front door was locked. Nobody answered after-hour number. There didn't seem to be security present after hours although there is supposed to be. We're definitely coming back, hoping the hiccups were because they're still fairly new. Adults only is a huge benefit!

Do NOT stay at this hotel. It's a complete waste of money. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Palm Springs from May 3 to May 4. The experience was terrible, and the hotel manager handled the situation unprofessionally and without any proper communication. That night, we returned to the hotel around midnight after visiting a nearby bar, only to find that a sprinkler had burst right in front of our room and was spraying water directly toward our door. We tried to cover it temporarily with something and attempted to open the door, but the door lock wasn't working at all. We contacted the hotel and asked for assistance. When the maintenance person arrived, he told us the issue could be fixed in 10 minutes--but it ended up taking over an hour. We were stuck outside the room for an hour, late at night, unable to rest. As a result, my wife caught a cold, and our schedule for the next day was completely ruined. I spoke to a staff member named Pauline during checkout and requested a full refund. She told me the hotel manager, Paola, wasn't available at the time and gave me her contact information. Pauline also said Paola would call me the next morning, but Paola never called. I tried contacting her and the hotel seven times, and she didn't answer. Out of frustration, I called again using my wife's phone--and Pauline answered immediately. It seems clear that my number had been blocked. When I confronted her about not responding, she claimed that Paola had already spoken to me and decided to give me a 25% refund--which was a complete lie. I never spoke to her once, and my call records can prove that. Also since they ruined the whole trip and made my wife get sick, I'm not satisfied at all with 25% discount. This hotel chose to make a decision on their own without discussing anything with the guest, and then tried to cover it up with dishonesty. This kind of attitude--avoiding responsibility, ignoring the customer, and making decisions without any proper communication--is absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel.
