We have been working with Jim and his staff for years! Trifecta has been our IT company for several years now. We are a law office and we cannot afford to be down or compromised for any period of time. I cannot tell you how many times Trifecta has rescued us, including,among other things, 2 ransomware attacks. We have an extended service plan with Trifecta and it is worth every dollar we spend. With the number of professionals and staff we have there are issues that arise frequently and Trifecta's response time is second to none. With the way we are set up, Trifecta can remedy most "crises" remotely but when we need on-site assistance, they are there. Trifecta is an integral part of the success we enjoy and we are extremely grateful for all that they have done for us and continue to do for us. Jim, Steven, Carlos and Abe have been miracle workers for the business I work for. Always accessible and always able to solve any issue s we have. We have made some changes with our computer systems and they come on-site and also work remotely to troubleshoot any problems we have. And they don't stop working on it until it's resolved!!!
