I needed help with my company email and asked to speak to a live peraon. They responded wirh sending me a video that when i clicked on it did not work. I ask to speak to a live person again. The owner responded with " this is rhe owner and the videos work and your email is fine" . The attitude and lack customer service is horrible. They still refuse to actually call me because i have clients sending me emails that i am not receiving. Poor customer service. If i could give no stars i would. They are quick to take your money but unavailable to help you.
