Called me randomly for a "job opportunity"after one missed call, a few text messages, then finally a call that I answered, they asked me about my experience and I told them, then they asked if I work for fedex, when I said no (because I don't and never worked for fedex, I don't know why they asked me) they just hung up. They also referred to me by last name, which was just weird, and showed they didn't really know who I was, and definitely didn't read through my resume. I don't know how they got my information, however they did know what city I lived in, and the kind of job I was looking for... but I guess they were only hiring ex fedex employees for their scam "opportunity"??

Plenty of opportunities to look for. If you do great work you will have great opportunities. World class training program for freshers. Very good management policies and good salary.

Employee care and friendly culture. Comfortable working environment and gives platform to upgrade and improve skills. Also the IT-Scient Management system and rules and regulations are almost perfect.

Many companies publish themselves as "Employees First" as their marketing gimmick. But I have realized that this is one company that really cares for its employees and truly works with them. I would always be thankful to my bosses at IT-SCIENT for their nice treatment and what I learnt with them.
