Ruuuuuuuun! Thee worse service you can get. I transferred from T-mobile and it was thee worst decision ever. It took forever to get the service on even after I was told that my son's service would be on right away because it was an electronic sim. It was not. They charged me for the time I was waiting to receive the sim (when it wasn't even activated) and I still had to call several times before it was actually activated. I called to complain about being charged for the service that I didn't use and the representative (who sounded like a young man) got upset with me because I called him sir. I ended up being credited after many call backs. I noticed that my cable service and my mobile service payments do not align. I was told that even though I can see both charges there 2 different departments so there's nothing they can do. So, expect 2 different bills on different dates from the same company. They said I could use the grace period of 10 days with no payments to align the dates, but they couldn't answer how am I supposed to do that with an automatic auto pay account. DO NOT DO IT! You do not have opts and their call center cannot provide real answers. They got one star because it's not a contracted service.

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOTT switch over services. I received a phone that was already damaged. I paid a hefty deposit and advised to customer service I had issues with the phone I purchased. I return the faulty device and they are charging me for the device after I advised it was damaged upon receiving it. Nobody wants to help, they treat you like a number and state there is nothing they can do. Just started services and they treat you like a number. Do not get caught up. Their customer service is trash. Customer Service Rep even went to say theres no possible way a phone can be damaged upon shipping, but they know for a fact that me as the customer did it. GARBAGE. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anybody. Save your money and do your homework. The discounted price, isn't worth all this hassle.

Switched for the bundle and to get home internet as there was few good options till Spectrum come in. Home internet has been great. The mobile...... absolutely next to worthless. DATA is usually non existent. Cell reception is very spotty at best. (Note to Spectrum- make sure you really have towers before you introduce yourself to a new area) The phone itself comes packaged as a really nice Samsung with decent specs. JUNK!!!!! Worse Galaxy I ever had. I have never cracked a screen in my life and I am 60 yrs old. This one presented me with a Crack within 48 hours. It disconnects from the network daily. When I say disconnect it's like being deep underground. "No network available ". So every day or day and a half I can expect to shut everything down and reboot. I can not wait to hit the contract period and port my number back to my previous carrier and replace this POS. Gonna land back on a positive. The home internet has been absolutely flawless. Could not be happier with it.

The worst experience ever. They keep sending you to different people when trying to unscramble THEIR mess. No training for their employees. The mess keeps getting worse. Time for a new service provider.
