Fantastic co-working space! Plenty of desk space on beautiful wood tables, and lots of natural light from the skylight/windows and high ceilings. Day passes available for those visiting and Lauren, the community manager, was so responsive, kind, and accommodating!

I had an amazing experience at Local Collaborative Hermosa--this coworking space is a total gem in the South Bay. The vibe is stylish yet relaxed, with just the right balance of productivity and creativity. Whether you're taking client calls, powering through emails, or just need a change of scenery, this space checks all the boxes. A huge shoutout to Lauren, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made getting set up super easy and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. It's clear she genuinely cares about the community and the experience people have here. If you're looking for a thoughtfully designed, community-focused coworking space in Hermosa Beach, I can't recommend Local Collaborative enough.

We used Local Collaborative for a few investor meetings and it was great. The team was very responsive as we booked the meeting space 48 hours before we needed it. Lauren was amazing at making sure we were set up, had Wifi, A/V, and everything we needed.

This is an amazing working space!! It has everything you need: large collaborative spaces, private rooms, free Wi-Fi, outlets, coffee, water, and great customer service! Not to mention, steps away from the beach. I highly recommend working from this space if you want a vibrant area to focus.

Local collaborative Hermosa is in a fantastic area surrounded by places to eat and convenient to the airport. Parking is right next-door. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and stylish. Rental prices are excellent and customer service is exceptional - Lauren was super responsive and accommodating. Our professional team will definitely use this space again!

Absolutely love this place! As a long-time Hermosa local, I was curious about this space since I first saw it open. I work from home, and the post-covid itch to get back out into the world became inescapable. So I decided to cave into my curiosity and come check out this space. Glad I did! My first impression was one of welcome--because of both the people (Lauren who is the community manager is so genuine and wonderful!) and the amazing natural light. Bonus points to Local Collab for the beer on draft and the beach views. :)

I've been looking for a great local space to work and collaborate from as I serve clients with my Advice-Only Financial Planning firm, Hermosa Advisors. Local Collaborative is the perfect solution for me! Bikeable from my home in Hermosa, it provides a comfortable and complete workspace that enables both focused work as well as client and prospect meetings. Taking a quick stroll to the Hermosa Pier provides a nice break when I need it. What's not to like?
