Serenity by the Sea - The Perfect San Diego Beach Vacation

Serenity by the sea is the quintessential beach house , floor to ceiling windows, mermaid theme and all the beach gear you could need. The house is fully stocked like a home away from home and perfect for a family with plenty of space. Nancy was a perfect host , very attentive and made sure our trip was wonderful . Must stay if not just for the sunsets from the patio !

Nancy was an incredible host. Her beautiful home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. Beach towels and all the "beach stuff" needed. Plenty of paper products. Lots of extra towels and amenities to feel right at home. The patio was the highlight of our stay and where we spent all our time overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. Her patio was by far the best in the complex. Roomy with lots of seats. Date of arrival - September 16, 2021 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My family and I just finished up a long and relaxing weekend at Serenity by the Sea. This was a wonderful experience . Nancy's home is so welcoming from the minute you walk in. The Kitchen is very well equipped and " Fancy " . All the bedrooms were very cozy . The bathrooms especially the master WOW the tile work. The patio furniture was very comfortable and did we hit the jackpot with the weather. We never left the patio the 1st night ( we cancelled dinner reservations at sea 180 ) . The sunset was mesmerizing night after night. No need to run the air conditioning with the windows open the temp drops in the evening time we slept so well. We have rented 3 bedroom in Mission Beach and Imperial Beach in the past. Serenity by the Sea is a game changer. Thank you Nancy !!!

This property is awesome! The condo has more than enough of anything you might need whether playing on the beach or simply relaxing on the patio or in front of the fireplace after cooking dinner in the beautiful kitchen! The property is stocked like a home as opposed to a rental and once we had reviewed the provisions, we left 90% of the stuff we had brought from home as it was already in the condo for our use. Then you get to the patio - views for days and of our 3 evenings there, 2 of the most gorgeous sunsets that we had ever experienced! This beach is not overrun with people so it's very peaceful and quiet. Great strip of stores and restaurants right out front! Finally, I feel like I have reconnected with a friend after a few years when it comes to Nancy! Such a gracious and kind host that made the entire rental check-in and check-out process a breeze and responded in minutes If a question came up! Thank you Nancy! You're the best host we have experienced in all of the rentals we have had over the years!! If you want a spectacular getaway, this is your place!!! Date of arrival - February 12, 2021

For a short family vacation with a family spanning three generations, this was the perfect place. It was exactly as advertised, and at a location that is both lovely and convenient. The neighborhood was very pleasant, with a good variety of food spots within a short distance (the tacos at Mike Hess Brewery, two blocks away, were killer). The owner, Nancy, obviously takes a lot of pride in this place, and it has everything a visitor could need. We would definitely stay there again!

If you are visiting Imperial Beach look no further and book this property. The location is wonderful. I wanted a special place to celebrate the New Year and a Birthday. Nancy's home exceeded our family's expectations for our week long vacation in IB. You will be hard pressed to find a better location, especially with the view and amenities of of this property. Nancy the owner is wonderful to work with. She has thought of it all, from the wimsicle decor to all the amenities you will need during your stay making it so that the moment you arrive you feel like you are on vacation. Our girls loved the decor of the condo and the the bunk beds. Our teenage son enjoyed his comfortable room all to himself. The view from the patio is amazing and the outdoor furniture is perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds Imperial Beach has to offer. I spent a good amount of my time out there and my family did too. Waking up each morning to such a beautiful view from the master bedroom was really special. The condo is located walking distance to many IB attractions, shops and restaurants. The hardest part of staying at Nancy's place is having to leave. We are so grateful for Nancy allowing us to stay in her home, we cant wait to come back one day soon. Our entire family loved every aspect of our stay and highly recommend this property.

This home has the most impressive patio I have ever seen! If I could stay out there all day I would! In fact, we spent many hours enjoying the beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets. We were so impressed with the patio furniture...extremely comfortable. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. If you are looking to relax this is the perfect place to go. The whole area is extremely quiet and very friendly. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic little coffee shop close by. Come, relax, refresh, and enjoy this amazing home.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family . The property itself is very nice and clean. From the moment you open the front door, you realize you walking into the little Mermaid house :) It is very homie , warm and inviting. It has absolutely everything you need here , in case you forget it at home . It looks better in reality then in the pictures! Nancy made sure we had all information and tips for our stay. Any questions we had , she responded very quickly . We only wished we could stay longer... The name of the property "Serenity by the Sea " really speaks for itself ..You could not describe it any better . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends.
