Superlative, Inc.

Last year they had a system outage for two months and my website was gone with no contact from anyone and they could not be reached. So then I had to create a new website and pay 2500 for it and then when they were back up, they sent me a bill for the months they were down. I tried to reach out again and again, but they waited to respond to me until The day after it auto renewed. Today, almost a year later, I got a notice that they're charging me for licensing fees from last July until now here in 2024. I had a new website up by May of last year and had canceled, yet they're still trying to bill me. Horrible company, horrible service--horrible. Follow through is non-existent.. They used to be great. And then they just went to hell & greed. Trying to threaten me that they're sending me to collections - frauds. Don't even believe it. I even have all the correspondence in writing, but they don't care. They are drowning. So don't waste your time and don't waste your money.

This company is an absolute scam. Run as fast as you can. They will promise you a million things and deliver 0. Right after you sign your contract, they will go radio silent. Then they will refuse to acknowledge your cancellation and automatically enroll you into a new contract term. At random points in time, typically right before a contract term end (but AFTER the cancellation period) someone new will contact you and tell you that they cannot access or verify what you provided to the prior person. Then, if you respond or push back, they will also go radio silent. They are a joke. They do not deliver, they will hurt your business, charge you unjustified amounts and then send to collections. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN GET. Nothing good will come from working with them.

I was a customer of Superlative for 20 years or so. The website shut down earlier this year and since we now use QR codes on everything this is especially bad. There was no one there to answer the phones to find out what was going on, it's almost like they hid from the problem, no email notice, nothing. They finally recorded an outbound message saying that they are fixing this... It seemed like it was down for 2 weeks but they will say it was one week. This is when I decided that I needed to spend some real money to build my very own website that I own. I did and I notified Superlative that I wanted to cancel. Audra came back and offered me a redesign and a few free months if I stay, to which I told her that I have already built another site. I told her how unhappy I was after being a customer for 2 decades and no one reached out to me during the time the site was down.... no one reached out ever BTW. Anyway they said I have a contract and have a few more months of paying them. It took them a few days to find the contract , which is on two pages that are not connected by the way so they are not even legit. The first "contract" they sent me was clearly two contracts that they had pasted together. Bottom line is that it's not that much money to employ them for a website every month until it goes down and doesn't work and no one is there to help... then it costs a lot of money from your loss of engagement from your OR codes and online ads!

The only way for them to call you back as they do not answer their phones, is to take your account off autopay because they will call you for payment.

I wish there were lower stars than one. Their backend is archaic at best. I've been programming since late 90s and their features need upgrading badly. Good luck trying to cancel your contract! They purposefully do not answer calls, and billing refers you to sales and sales, which refers you to billing. There are companies that would much would rather lock you in a contract than provide excellent service that will bring you business, and superlative is one of them. Locking you in a years worth of contract with zero support. Stay away from superlative period! There are better more modern alternatives.

Worst of the WORST - Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Brokers RUN do not walk away from this SHADY Company. I was a customer for 6yrs and was told their contract was MONTH to MONTH. Finally I get to canceling and they tell me that isnt possible and I am on a 12 month AUTO renewal per their contract!! I never got any leads from the website and to make matters worse they try and stick me for months into a contract I never signed or agreed to.

SHADY & POOR QUALITY. I paid this company to build a site. They overcharged me and then asked me for more money to finish up work. They charged my card without my authorization. I contacted them number of times, but they refused to help. The quality of the site was so poor that I had to hire another company to build a site. They are crooks and lie about their services. There are plenty of other site development companies that offer much better services for much lower rate. This company has shady practices. They do not stand behind their promise. I warn all the realtors not to retain this company. We all work very hard and need a reliable company who can deliver and does not rip off.

I believe the Company develops nice websites. The problem is that they do not seem to have a business sense. My credit card was stolen so I miss the monthly payment that was deducted from my credit card. They gave my account to a collection agency and charged me almost 3 times what I owed. I called them to pay them what I really owed and they told me that they had renewed my contract automatically without my consent and that they had added to my bill all the months left on a contract that I never read. Either they accept my payment for what I owe or I will never pay what they want to collect.
