The number one thing I appreciate about Softline and our account rep Sam - I know we are in good hands and they are monitoring our account activity. I felt like I was wasting so much money on our AdWords - I knew our campaigns were not as effective as they should be and yet I had zero time to dedicate to going in on a regular basis to optimize. Google AdWords is a BEAST, so having someone with the expertise to handle our account on our behalf is a HUGE life saver. I came to Softline solutions after a horrible and huge loss with another ad agency. I onboarded with John Agar who is a super hilarious but honest and straightforward guy. I was then blessed with Elizabeth, a top management woman who actually only did 6-7 figure accounts but she saw something in my little startup skincare business and she personally took on my Facebook ads. With the previous agency I was with for 7 months and spent over $35k and has less than 100 sales in 7 months, Elizabeth came in and had sales rolling in quite rapidly in just a couple of weeks. Consumers must understand SEO companies cannot do miracles and they cannot do them overnight. We were with other companies in the past that just put us in automated software to get us our ranking. When we first switched to Softline these companies took back all the work that their automated systems put into our site and at the same time we were severely hit by a few Google algorithm change. Softline has worked hard to reverse this. We would highly recommend Softline Solutions. They handle each customer individually and work really hard to make sure they achieve what the customer expects.
