Laguna Woods Village Offices

The first person who greeted me was very friendly. However, the lady I spoke with in guest services was not nice and provided me with incorrect information. I hope she doesn't treat the residents of this community with the same attitude she showed me. Perhaps she was having a bad day or doesn't like her job; who knows? I also noticed that people in the waiting room were not called in the order of their arrival, which made the process confusing for a first-time visitor.

I am writing to leave a review about the associate in the Laguna Woods Village office the lady in Room Number 11. I had to speak with her regarding a place, but she was extremely rude. The way she treated us made it seem like she was doing us a favor rather than simply doing her job. Her attitude and behavior suggested that she really dislikes her job. If there is someone responsible for oversight, I hope this issue will be addressed.

Working and enjoying this place good for any senior s to getting house or rent into the village plus they have any type of sport activities for all ages

Update: this place is an underinsured money pit hell hole. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! My father was a resident and worked with both past and current management here for over 20 years. The corruption here is rampant. There is no actual security here for its residents. They're selling "safety" but it's all a facade. The HOA "security department" obtains copies of residents keys without their consent. And then there's Theft. When it's reported to the OCSD or LWV, it doesn't make it onto the crime report. It goes unaccounted for. I can only speak to our experience here but if it happened to us, who knows how many others. Don't buy in here!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

A beautiful community for 55 and up. All the ammenities, golf courses, pools, recreation center, gym, trails make it a wonderful place to live into retirement. Security is extremely strict at the gates which makes it one of the safest communities in the country!

Lots of friendly people in the pool hall, and very friendly neighbors.

It's cult like with shady security people that try to intimidate the seniors by impersonating law enforcement!

My wallet was stolen with all my credit cards and ID in it. I went to the office to have my LW ID card replaced. To my amazement and outrage they wanted $125 to replace a stolen card. UNBELIEVABLE!! Even after I decided to move they still wanted me to replace the card..for ONEHUNDREDANDTWENTYFIVEDOLLARS!!!!!!! I think the powers that be are powered by people who had no friends in high school.
