Awesome service honestly, very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. Genuine people that just want to help as well as let you learn what you need rather than selling the most expensive. They told me what the problem was and offered to help with searching for a new laptop that would be within my budget. If you need help with anything computers definitely hit them up.

Jerimiah did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my pc. Quickly took apart the tower and found the problem that had temporarily bricked my computer. PC is running smooth since. Phenomenal service

They're pretty informal here and very straightforward, but sometimes that's better than formal and not getting the information you need. In my case, I was happy to get the *free* straightforward consultation to find out that my laptop had crapped out. Definitely would tell my friends to come here for computer-related questions.

Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to recover all my files from my dead computer to an external hard drive. He was very informative in explaining how it all worked. Highly recommend them.

Went in with my MacBook Air to get it diagnosed. They got back to me within the day with a very real solution, which was that it's going to cost more to fix it than buying another one. That's very fair considering this is a store that fixes computers, and I appreciated their honesty. A minimal diagnosis fee was paid with some information on next steps should I want to proceed with either fixing my computer or buying a new one and moving the hard drive over. Would recommend for those looking for computer repairs.
