Eleven2

I began to host 3 different websites on Eleven2 more than 15 years ago. Without my permission they merged 2 of my sites into one, which was a bummer. There was no explanation or acknowledgement of that. Getting someone to respond to an email question is either slow or non-existent. It used to be easy to access analytics to see the number of views....and much more. A few weeks ago, I was able to access their cpanel, but could not find the analytics. I sent a message asking Eleven2 how to find the analytics. There was no response. Today, I thought I would try again, but I could not even find their cpanel, although I clicked through all the links. Maybe I missed a link, but this used to be very easy. I sent them a message today, again trying to find out how to access analytics. One of my sites is huge, maybe 500 pages, and it was designed with old html programming, so moving elsewhere would be very expensive.. I explained to the really good designer who built one of those sites what was happening with Eleven2. He was not happy that he had built my site on Eleven2.

PayPal auto payments auto paid for an additional year before I found out. After I cancelled hosting. Over $2000. I enquired and they refused to return the funds. Or even add it as credit to an account. I have walked away as a learning experience and now educating others.

The service 23/7/365 from Eleven2 is responsive and professional. Easy fast setup, free transfer. The up time is excellent, the pricing plans diverse . Full backups daily. Easy to use and service guarantee. They deliver an outstanding service. I give them two thumbs up.

Had this service for 3 years and nothing but issue after issue. Don't trust your domains through them, they will not release them if you miss the deadline. They allow someone else to get them (probably a shell company) and then expect you to pay way to much for them. Find another company.

Absolutely awful - consistent issues with unresponsive server and lag/timeouts, requested FIVE times for PHP to updated on the shared server for security reasons. Slow to respond to online tickets, impossible to reach by phone. Unapologetic for their poor server performance. I've had issues with almost all major hosting providers (Godaddy, HostMonster, Justhost, Hostgator and iPage), but Eleven2 has been the worst in terms of customer service and responsiveness.

These guys are scammers and thieves. They messed up my account and they came at me with over $1500 invoice to pay for their own mistake and stole our digital property. We gave them time limit to send us our content and they've been ignoring it eventhough we've gave them warning that they're in possession of our properties. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE .

Eleven2 is the most exceptional company. Love their support and they moved to new servers with NVME hard drives and I feel the speed.

By far the best and easiest to work with web hosting company out there. Zero downtime and excellent customer service. I've been part of their cloud hosting service for 2 years now would recommend to anybody
