Will not back up their claims of accurate data. I purchased what I thought would be the perfect email list for my business. After loading into my CRM and sending out my first email campaign, I was shocked at the results. 5 reaches out of 1000 contacts. I thought it was a mistake. The second email resulted in the same reach. I then looked at the data and it was 1000 records with gmails only. I inquired about a refund 3 times with no response. I finally emailed the sales executive and he explained that they do not guarantee their data or their results, I understand that they can't guarantee results but, their data was the issue that caused the poor results. Low quality data is the nicest way to say it. I bought new home owner data and got people who had been there for 20+ years. It's clear that they tell you whatever you want, they will get and then just pull white pages. It's garbage. Don't buy from them

Pretty hard to find a good, honest, reliable data provider these days. Requested a list over a week ago and they keep emailing to use self service options. Hard to get a human to help get any help at these places these days. Be careful these data people overload you with a bunch of bad leads [address, phone, email] then you can spend thousands mailing to OLD bad addresses you thought were legit. Then when you try to refine and get a real good updated list together nobody wants to help because the total number of LEADS drops by a lot and so does their revenue and or commission on the sale. Be very wary of the TOTAL number of LEADS this and other companies advertise. A good number of the total is bogus. then they dont want to help out even if you are able to talk to them and get a list purchased.

EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. Exact Data is SCAM. They get your order over the phone and they ask you to sign a documents that just protect their rights. Be careful a bout ordering any data from Exact Data specially talking to "Jeremy Scalf" (one of sales agents at this company) . Base on the experience I had with this company, Three big problems with this company: 1-They push you to purchase data from them, at the time you have phone conversation, no matter how many times you explain about you expectation and type of the data you need, the sales team pretend they totally understand and they promise to deliver whatever you order. They deliver two version information that both were completely wrong and DO NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. 2-The data they provide you have a lot of missing information. For example they provided me a list of 3000 data that had 2500 missing email addresses, although at the beginning I mentioned my goal of buying this data is email marketing and tele marketing. They asked me extra $700 for new order to provide me all email address although at the beginning I explain to the what exactly I need. 3- They don't meet deadline. They promised to deliver the list maximum five business day after I sign the paper work, but they sent me the first list after two weeks that contain completely wrong data, and they send me another list with missing a lot of information after 3 weeks DEAD LINE DOESN'T HAVE ANY MEANING FOR EXACT DATA. THEY DELIVER WRONG DATA WHENEVER THEY WANT. 4- Don't forget to complain a bout this kind of Scam company with Federal trade commission and "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau". Exact data protect their right by asking you to sign their paper work, I will practice my right as a consumer by complaining to these federal agencies. I did a lot of follow up and phone call with Exact data to fix this issue or at least refund my money but instead they asked me to pay extra $700 and place a new order.

I purchase a $450 lead from a guy by the name of Patric. He just gave shaded leads with no phone numbers to call prospect, which I told him that purpose of the leads. He never return the money, this is a scam.

Zero stars. Total scam. The worst list I have ever worked! The price was cheap and now I know why- the data was so bad, I spent days trying to make contact with a any person on the list! When I was lucky enough to get a live person, they never heard of the name on the list or many times was not the right company at all. Do not deal with this company. They will make you look bad to your prospects and boss. #exactdatasucks

I want to thank several men that helped me with my slab leak --Rick,Hector, Abran and 2 others that did such a good job finding the leak! I will use Exact for any plumbing needs in the future!

This company is a fraud. Their lists are not accurate and contain many duplicates. Do not buy from Ian or anyone from this company. In addition they sent me wrong lists of what I was looking for.
