Hivelocity - Los Angeles Data Center

Poor service, tech support lack experience, especially the night shift. Will provide customers with outdated and faulty equipment. I've had tech support confirmed that they had completed or installed applications on my server, and later discover incomplete work. Their staff are not on the same page when it comes to tackling urgent matters. I have had my WHM accessed and password changed on the backend without my permission. I have been threaten when asked for service that I'm paying for. Just not a trust worthy company if you are worried about your data.

I had a challenging situation with my server recently that pretty much no one would have helped me to resolve, but the entire team at Hivelocity have been extraordinary with their help, patience and ability to resolve my situation. Especially Dave Osiecki, Jason Arroyo and Doug O'Donnel went many extra miles and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

What is going on with these guys? I am being told that I will be charged $200 to do a cold reboot on my co-located server. I was first told that it was $200 only coz it was the weekend...but now there is staff present, and I am still being asked to pay $200? I have been a customer for 10 years and this is absolutely no way to treat customers! Stay far away from these guys!

Great service. Helped us setup a colocated server. Ran into some issues while setting up (issues were on our end), and this company was patient enough to help us through the process. Huge thanks to Hassan and Mo for helping us!
