Update- they reached out to rectify the issue. Apologized that we got this far. Honestly, the customer service was great outside of this issue. They refunded the months taken. Thank you I have tried to cancel this account for months and they continue to withdraw money from my account. I've emailed, no response. I've called multiple times, actually spoke to someone but needed a call back. Nothing. At this point, I need 6mo returned to my account. Get a Blinq for your digital business card and there's an unlimited amount of platforms you can use for customizable content. This is bad business and I'm not happy about it. Maybe this review will get someone's attention so I can get my money back. So unhappy we've even gotten to this point.
