I just want share a very positive experience with the people who work here. They maintain the reverse DNS zone for a range of IPs that I work with, and we needed to change the PTR record to point to the actual domain name that is currently using that IP address. I reached out to them, and they were very prompt in responding and fixing our issue. And neither my colleagues nor I have any account with them! Do business with these guys. Psychz is probably one the best hosting providers out there. You will not be disappointed with the pricing and the awesome support they offer. Yes sometimes the support dept can lag it but I have patience. I understand that it can take some time to solve issues especially when they have debug the problem. Highly recommend them.

Very competitive pricing and great support as long as we keep things simple. When questions become complex, there's a delay in support but that's understandable. The DDoS protection requires a lot of configuration to make it work but once it's configured, it works well. I recommend contacting them to make sure all proper rules are in place.
