Updated on December 31st:What's your solution for this completely abnormal 50% packet loss issue? I just bought the service yesterday, and the experience has been terrible. My refund request was rejected as well. Also, I'm using a different account for registration ---- This is an incredibly terrible and deceptive product! Within just 10 minutes of setting it up after placing the order, we discovered a packet loss rate of 50%, making it completely unusable. We emailed the company, and they simply told us to "try again." Despite multiple attempts, the packet loss rate consistently stayed at around 50%. When we requested a refund (less than an hour after payment), they refused, insisting we continue to use the product. This is outright fraud. Stay away from this company and their product!

They lack common sense. I had canceled a service but still had a month left. They shut down my server, and I lost my sites. Then they said, "We can't do anything about it, but we can bring it back." Useless staff; they outsource everything to brain-dead techs. and i had 2 servers one they left on till billing cycle other o we just shut this one down cause we lack common sense.

Loving the company. Everything from services, the level of support are awesome. They had lots of great services, and if you ran into problem while using their services, they have a 24/7 technical support, ready to help you! If that's not enough for you, you'll find the company's owner usually hanging around on LowEndTalk forum. But I'm sure you probably don't need support mostly, because the services of the company are very solid.

had some questions before making a purchase. used the chat window to chat with sales support. they answered my questions. but the answers they gave were wrong. so, I ended up with a worthless purchase. even within a few minutes they refused a refund. how can we ever trust them again.
