I received a call from Shelby Murdock who offered to apply the skilled SEO tech at RankSharks to help my business. Shortly thereafter I also received a call from a knowledgable tech. Both RankSharks pros were attentive and carefully listened to our unique situation. Will their management staff contact me to address our unique concerns? Remains to be seen. Will update once this review if they do follow up or not. Ranksharks seems to be a quality seo company & certainly has very professional staff.

Ranksharks is an awesome marketing company. I have an etsy store (ecommerce) online and have struggled in the past with finding a reliable company to handle my seo and social media. This company not only got me to the first page of google for what i'm selling, but they also educated me along the way. I am happy to say we are still working together and appreciate all the progress they have made for me! :)

I like their team concept as you get many heads and opinions helping your SEO and marketing campaign. They are sensitive to your requests and will implement them and add social media comments also. Their pricing is fair and they want to make sure you have a good experience. I have been pleased with using Rankshark as my internet marketing company.

Received a call from a very rude salesperson who insinuated that I was not "doing my job," because we choose not to post fifty things on Facebook every week. Without knowing a single thing about who we are or how we choose to run our business, he let us know that our Web site "needed help," because we aren't posting monthly content. As the marketing director for our organization, I have been designated the ultimate authority on what kind, how much, how often, and when we post (or don't post) campaigns on social media. I work closely with the owner of the business to get this done. This sales guy insisted over and over on "talking to the business owner, since you're just the marketing person, it's not your decision." Hey, RankShark. Let me give YOU a hint on dealing with businesses... If you want to talk to the owner, be nicer to the gatekeepers. When I let the owner know the type of conversation I had with your sales guy, she let me know we will NEVER do business with your company. Have a good one!

ok...I am going to carefully, very carefully write a 5 star review here. As many other SBO I was damaged by all those scammy SEO and online marketing companies. Ranksharks called me just when I cancelled yet another unproductive and expensive contract with yet another "Me PROMISE A LOT" online company that successfully helped me to part with several thousdands dollars and screwed up my website without any ROI...Rank Shark called. I was sceptical. More than that, I was angry. I hated them just because they called and "wanted to help my business to be on the first page of Google". But then their sales rep showed me something on my website and explained me something that made me think that MAYBE this guys are for real. They did have contracts, and did want to lock me in any deals. Even though they were quote pricey, I decided: oh well, so I may lose another $800 dollars if that did not work. Well at least for the last 2 or 3 months I am with them, I think they actually for real. I see their posts everywhere as they promised. They connected my social accounts as they promised. They stay in touch within 48 hours after I emailed them, as they promised. I actually DO HAVE ONE ACCOUNT MANAGER!!! (WOW! Never happened before). And she actully has not ditched me (yet) and knows what is going on within my account. And even asnwering my emails. The only thing that was kinda off from what they promised: they said we will have monthly phone meetings and I had to remind them and we have not had one. But all in all I have been very happy. It is the first company that actually DOES THE JOB for the money they charge. And I really hope that stays this way. I am dissapointed to see they have only one 5 star review and all other reviews for some reason are hidden.

For a recent start up these guys have built a great team and work hard to get your site ranked across all the search engines. They do a great job at maintaining your social media pages, especially Google+.

I wish I could rate this as CERO. This the kind of company that just talk and talk and they seem to know what they talk about but they DO NOT DELIVER RESULTS which is the most important goal when you hire a company to optimize your web site... do not wait time and money with Ransharks .... I waist over 9 months with a montly payment. awfall experience.

Horrible service ... what they are doing is just BLACK SEO. Ranksharks still charged our credit card the 2 FOLLOWING MONTHS for the service that we didn't get. Beware !!!!
