This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company I've ever dealt with. They didn't even know how to get my email working, so I had to pay Google $60/year for email. When I brought this up AGAIN 2 years later (I brought it up several times prior, obviously) they told me they'd fix it or reimburse me. When I asked for the $120 back they said they can't do that because the website was completed 2 years ago, EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T. I BEG anyone reading this to just go elsewhere for your website, SEO or ANYTHING they offer. This company is a scam, and the employees don't know the first thing about web design or anything. RUN AWAY. Seriously, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is probably the worst company I have ever done business with. I have never had to argue and plead for things to get done like I had to with Web Districts. I loathed having to contact them. I went through about five different project managers - one who left the company and tried to poach me because he knew they were not conducting business ethically. They give you one price up front but then later, when you have no choice, they state you need to pay more for various "necessary" additions. When I didn't want to spend anymore money my site was suddenly taken over by malware and could only be fixed by paying more money. They basically held my site hostage. Even after sharing a recent death in the family, they repeatedly texted to get an answer out of me in regards to spending more money. They don't care about their customers. They just want your money. I have separated from them and sent a cease and desist letter. Don't make the same mistake as me!!!

I started this process in December of 2021 and the website still is not complete. I live on the East Coast so our time zones are 4 hours apart. But there are plenty of overlapping times in which we could speak. However, the project manager that was assigned to me only seemed to make availability for me during the only window of time in which I could not speak, because I was picking my children up for school at this time. Even though I repeatedly told them this and offered other times in which I would be available , this continues to be an issue today. Dragging the process out into small microscopic level progress. To make matters worse, every time I would provide feedback, the same issues would remain unaddressed in every future conversation. It took 3 months just to get minor things like changing a color addressed. Finally we have reached what I thought was the end of the process ( 6 months later) , with only one page left. But now I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back and have been forced to elevate this to a higher level of management. Now I am low on leads, as I expected, with an unfinished website. If you want your website done in a reasonable amount of time these are not the people to go to. Update 2024. I paid for 5 year domain support. Site is no longer online and is asking me to renew host site. Even though I bought 5 year plan. What a scam

Technical Limitations, Never Delivered, Overpromise, Missed deadlines, Offshoring. This company was called Web SEO Hub, and in March 2021 they changed to Web Districts. The address listed 3415 South Sepulveda Blvd is a cover, they're located in Pakistan. They do their best to get your money upfront, please don't fall for this. Their inept, use outdated technology, slow, unresponsive, poor communication and misleading. They also transferred my domain to a place call NameCheap without my authorization and will not transfer back without me paying them $395. These are some of names they use: Ross Spencer Matthew Meloi, Liam Paul and Rodney Smith. Please check the BBB before doing business' with them. Run away from this place as absolute fast as you can. Going on a month now and I was supposed to have a website. At this point I only want access to what they have done so I can upload my own info. I have no animation and am getting the complete run around on a refund. You will be hassled and called to get your immediate payment and that's it. They didn't even understand we were setting up a site for a baseball bat company and the language they used on the site was absolutely obvious I have written everything and they copy and pasted it is all. If anyone knows how to get money back I have even contacted my bank to dispute what I don't have but no word back yet. They charged my bank account for minimal amounts and re deposited it multiple times so I even had to shut my account down. Go to go daddy heck go to collage to get your own web-building degree before dealing with this place. Its absurd to have to do business this way and its why web developers get a bad name. I would rather buy a used car 3 times a week then this

Its been two years of going back and forth with these crooks trying to get my domain transferred back to the original host that they stole it from. They wouldnt give me my transfer key without paying them even MORE money than ive already paid them. Communication is extremely slow unless youre paying them something, and when a task is to be completed, its only done halfway. Bunch of thieves. STAY AWAY. Cant give zero stars sadly...

Do not trust this company. I waited 6 weeks for a website. They kept telling me the same thing that another person said on here to give them more time. They gave me a $60 wordpress website for $8500. What they do is they offer you this suppose package with everything included. And every week they kept adding more and more saying I needed this and that. I kept being switched from person to person to manage my project. The scam is to keep you on hold while they take their sweet time and then you can't do a chargeback or dispute and they stay with your money. Do not waste your time. They aren't even located in the US

Scam Alert! It seems like these guys are one of those companies that pretend to be in the USA and you end up dealing with somebody overseas who even gives themselves a fake western name. I spoke to "Josh Muller" about some website work and within 5 minutes he was asking me to hand over money. Alarm bells started ringing and I told him I wasn't going to do business with them on that basis and disconnected the call. They then tried to call back and relentlessly harassed me for hours with phone calls and text messages which I had to end up blocking. Their address is a 12 Storey building in LA without a suite number. They came across like those people who give you scam calls from the IRS. Their willingness to take your money as quickly as possible without agreeing on any job scope or price first was enough to make me run a mile. All the positive reviews here appear to be fake. There's no way I'm handing over my money on that basis.
