Twice I have called Pro2Call after having tried everything I know to get my computer working. Both times the technician on the line calmly gave me tips on what to do, and both times they worked. No appointment. No charge. Just a lot of knowledge, clear explanations, and a generous spirit. I have called upon Pro2Call for many years and had their technician on house calls. Every time the results have been excellent and I could use my computer again immediately. I am so grateful for such excellent service.

My computer was extremely slow and having some issues with the monitor. They fixed it and also showed me how to make some of the changes myself in the future. They had three techs there and they were all over nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

UPDATE: sorry it took a while for me to edit this, but the people who work at this shop are amazing. they held onto the money for 3~ months and offered a full refund with no hassle as soon as I asked. I cannot say enough how great the people who run this shop are, and if you see my review please go to Pro-2-call, as its helping a smaller business. if I had bought my charger from best buy and the same thing happened, my money would have been gone forever. If I ever have any other issues with my computer, I am with them for life, as long as they will still take my business. THANK YOU! First off, the people who run the shop are lovely. They always offered assistance in any way they could, and even gave me a charger for my computer that would work free of charge. Great guys, but now I will get on to the lower then average rating. The fist time I visited their shop, they were good and diagnosed why my computer was not charging, which was because of the faulty charger I used. they then sent out an order to buy a new charger, which arrived within the week. I used it at home, and it did not charge my computer, which made me quite upset. I then returned to the store, and they said they would return it and use the money to buy a new one that worked. I went to the store to see if they had gotten a new charger a week later, and they told me it had metallic marker on it, so they could not return it. I received the new charger with the metallic marker on it, and I assumed that it was a marking to sort the charger, or mark it for delivery or what type of charger it was. They then asked me for my pc serial number, and they would see what they could do. After this, I stopped talking to them. That is fully my fault, and the factory who made the chargers fault, and none go to the kind men who run the shop. TLDR: I lost 60$ due to a refund error that was caused by someone who made the charger putting metallic marker on it. Thanks Josh

These guys have assisted me with two computer crashes, restored all my data and have made in home visits to assist this non-tech savvy person in setting up my wireless network in my home office...all this with patience, professionalism and expertise.
