From what we've seen so far, every website we've added live chat to has improved our lead generation. My agency has half a dozen of our clients using HSBO chat so far and combined it has helped us generate over 100 leads in the last month alone. HSBO has been instrumental in improving the conversion rate of many of our home service client sites. Live Chat is something we can put on a client's site instantly and start getting results/leads the day we install it to the website.

The best thing I like about this company is we're paying only for qualified leads based on a criteria we were able to outline up front (name, address, phone, need). I own a Pest Control Company. We are great on bugs but not so much with tech. This service fit us perfectly. They monitor our website for visitors. Answer simple questions and then gets customer to agree to a call. Sends the lead to our office via text, and we call up the customer. Iv'e actually chatted with them a few times to see how well they did. I'm sure her name wasn't Jessica, but english was great and fast. Seemed like a person from my company. Our off hour leads have increased 300%.
