CaseFox is one of the best Legal billing Software available in the market, it's been a game-changer for managing my legal practice. My overall experience with CaseFox is fantastic, the interface of the software is very simple and easy to use it helped me to manage complex task like tracking billable hours & generating invoices very easily. The AI document template generator is incredibly helpful, it saves a lot time we do not need to create documents from scratch. I Highly recommend it for any legal professional looking for an all-in-one solution.

CaseFox has been a great tool for time and invoice tracking in my firm Freedom Immigration. I would like to see more customization ability for certain areas like invoice templates, but otherwise, I highly recommend this tool for small or solo law practices!

I've been using CaseFox for my firm since 2014. We had used many practice management programs before CaseFox, including Abacus and PCLaw/Time Matters, but CaseFox is much better. Their services are much more reasonably priced than Clio and the other practice management options out there right now, and do the same job in my opinion. They've always been very responsive with support whenever we've had a question. We have thousands of matters in Casefox with different practice areas, and we use it for IOLTA Accounting, tracking billing and expenses, sending out billing, etc. Everything has always been smooth. Definitely recommend.

CaseFox is a great program for small firms and solos. We have used it since 2014 when I opened my firm. We are now transitioning to another program. CaseFox has served our needs as we grew and now we need something that has more robust features. But that shouldn't deter anyone from going with CaseFox if you are a small or solo firm.

Pretty good service. Was a bit buggy when we signed up, but tech support was always quick to respond, took my concerns very seriously and often fixed within a couple days. Overall I would say a good service for the price.

The best case management and billing software a law firm can ask for. The UI is beyond my expectations and very easy to use. This software makes running a law firm so easy for us. Thanks to the company for such a great product! Absolutely loved it.
