Amazing coworking spot. Malia, the community manager, was very welcoming and even proactively booked me a private room for calls during the day. The space is clean, stylish, and packed with thoughtful touches like great coffee, infused water, fast WiFi. What really stands out is the combo of comfort and security: private gate access and a chill vibe that makes it feel more like a home base than just a desk. Highly recommend Nine3One if you want a comfortable, friendly and productive place to work.

Malia was an excellent host to our team, and made our work meeting a complete success. For our 6-person conference, we needed a space that was centrally located, welcoming, and easily accessible. Parking was available on the same block, restaurants were within walking distance, and the space was perfect, with concessions, clean facilities, and lots of privacy when it was needed. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again for the hospitality!

So, I occasionally need a spot to work remotely, and Nine3One has been a really good find. For their drop-in option, there are always desks or tables open, which is great. I especially like having that little private phone booth for calls - it makes a big difference. The internet's been super reliable, which is honestly the most important thing for me. They also have snacks and coffee and stuff, which is a nice bonus. Oh, and it's easy to grab lunch nearby, which is convenient. The office manager, Malia, is really helpful and friendly too - she makes it a welcoming place. Overall, it's a solid choice if you need a coworking space!

We had an intimate wedding for my daughter here and it was PERFECT! From start to finish, everyone was beyond helpful and wonderful! Erica was FANTASTIC and one of the best coordinators you could hope for. Thank you for all of the beautiful memories!

Coming from the bay area where co-working and meeting rooms were readily available, I hoped to have the same opportunities in Modesto. My search was limited, plus... not all co-working/ meeting spaces are the same. Finding Nine3One was a huge win! It's not just a co-working space, Nine3One is a whole VIBE. From the moment I approached the copper security (that should tell you something right there) front gate, I knew this place was the place to be. Then, there's the esthetics...beautiful! And of course everything I needed to fulfill my work day was there and more. Oh and if you need a meeting space for your clients or team this is a great spot! I have my eye on one for my business VIP Days. The staff Erin (owner) and Community Manager, Malia went over and above to make sure I was completely taken care of. I highly recommend Nine3One.

I have used this space twice now for some corporate events. Allison, Malia and Erica have been BEYOND kind and accommodating when helping me plan these events out. The space is great, the food we had was wonderful, and the bartending service was great. I look forward to our continued collaboration as we schedule out our events in 2024.

Working with her felt more like planning with a close friend who had our best interests at heart rather than a mere acquaintance. Her meticulous attention to detail and wealth of knowledge made the entire wedding planning process effortless. On the day of our wedding, Erica was a beacon of organization, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. When they promise to have everything covered so you can simply arrive and enjoy, they truly mean it. From the moment we stepped into the venue until the final minutes of our celebration, our wedding day was an absolute delight. I can't sing enough praises for Erica and her exceptional dedication! Now, let me turn your attention to the culinary genius, Chef Root. Our tasting session was an absolute highlight (highly recommended!), and from that moment, we were captivated by our wedding menu. Our guests are still raving about the food! I was adamant about steering clear of typical banquet fare, and Chef Root masterfully crafted a personalized culinary experience for us. He made our event feel uniquely special, even bringing to life a dessert my husband had long dreamed of having at our wedding. His commitment and talent were truly an honor to experience. I must also highlight the incredible work of Leticia, the talented florist who curated the most stunning flowers for our special day. She's an absolute artist. Not only did she bring my vision to life, but she also transformed a collection of brooches I'd been gathering for years into a breathtaking bouquet. Her attention to detail, including the thoughtful incorporation of my late father, was incredibly touching. Leticia's dedication to making our day unforgettable was remarkable. Every individual we had the pleasure of working with at The Century and Nine3One was exceptional. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of our experience. I loved it so much that if I could, I'd relive it all over again. Without a doubt, any future events in my life will be hosted here. I've been enthusiastically recommending The Century and Nine3One to everyone I know. Trust me, booking your event here will be a decision you won't regret.

This venue is beautiful, the food is great but the best part of this place is Erica!! She is the sweetest, the most competent coordinator you can ask for. I had my baby shower last weekend and Erica was a huge help. 10 stars for Erica
