Well, I didn't end up having to utilize their services, the man behind the counter was wonderful and very informative. I will definitely be going back next time. I am in need of computer repair.

Been a customer since Feb 2010 (we checked last time I was in)! Helped me with a failing hard drive on my son's gaming computer this time. Steve and his crew are awesome!!! With networking, building, upgrading, remote assisting... computer expert access for those of us without an IT department!

Steve and his team have went above and beyond for our office during our transition. They have not only made our process seamless so that our business can run efficiently but they also took the extra step to be honest and up front with fees. They have always communicated any issues and been open and honest. We have had several issues in past with other companies with fees, response times, or not resolving issue properly but we are very pleased with our decision to choose Tech Rockstars and we highly recommend them to any company. We have used them a couple years now and they remained consistent with the quality of service that they offer.

Needed my laptop fixed in a hurry. The guys at Tech Rockstars quoted me fair prices for the parts and the labor cost was very reasonable. They made sure they finished in time and kept me updated throughout the process. I'm so happy with my fixed laptop now!

I've been a customer of Tech Rockstars for years and, as always, they never disappoint. I thought for sure the monitor to my desktop was shot. Hoping it was just a bad cord, I drove over to their shop and spoke with Kevin. We discussed my options and he offered to loaned me a pair to try. Turned out it was a problem with my power cord. The shop only had one person working when I brought my laptop in. Although I've used their service before the inability to make an appointment makes it tough for emergencies as the 24-72 hour wait time for a diagnostic can be hazardous to a business or someone who works from their device. The flexibility would be nice.

I'm so happy Tech Rockstars exists. They are masters at their craft. My old laptop is working faster than before. They quickly respond and work diligently to solve my tech issues. Thanks Tech Rockstars, your customer service is amazing.
