Garvey Ranch Park

Beautiful park. I wonder why there aren't any soccer games here

It's a great place. Definitely needs a clean up. A thorough once every 3 month cleanup. Clear out all the spider webs, pull the weeds. Wish there were more trees and the bathroom wasn't up hill. Was too tired to go to the bathroom after walking to it. But otherwise a great little park with no people experiencing homelessness.

This park has been completely updated. It has an awesome space them, which highlights the local community observatory that's open on Wednesdays. It has a huge disk swing, flush mounted merry go around and a space shuttle to climb on. It's very cool.

We would like to remind parents to remain vigilant while at the playground. There have been repeated incidents involving a child with special needs, including severe autism and aggressive behavior, who has been left unsupervised. These incidents have resulted in harm to other children. Although the guardian was not present at the time, she later confronted, threatened, and harassed parents who had intervened to protect their children. We encourage all guardians to provide appropriate supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the community.

Garvey Ranch Park in Monterey Park offers a playground, sports courts, and an observatory for stargazing, making it a unique and well-maintained spot. It's great for families, exercise, and community events, with plenty of parking and clean restrooms. However, there's no covered gazebo, which would make it better for gatherings and hot days. Despite this, the open green spaces and amenities make it a great local park.

A small quiet public park snuck in-between hills in Monterey Park neighborhood. Has 2 baseball fields, basketball court, and kids slides. It's basically empty during weekdays from morning to afternoon so it's perfect if you need public space for shoots or private training.

A nice place to have an afternoon lunch or weekend party. At one of their BBQ pavilions. It offers an observatory, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, and even a BMX locals riding area with jumps. An over all great place for daily fun and weekend activities.

I have never been here but was told about it. It is a nice park, very clean, and well maintained. Plenty of different places to park. I didn't know there was an observatory there.
