Hard Push to close, Once I was ready to do business with them they got snobby wanted to close my account, said I wasnt authorized to speak to them.... Even tho I own the domain. Expensive big corporation, I found someone else to do my site, same price and they listen and will do a great job. I think prosites is maybe just to big of a company to care about one client

Jason is a literal magician when it comes to tech problems. I pride myself on being decently tech savvy...until I tried to make some changes on our business page and had to call in reinforcement. He gently walked me through each issue and stayed on the phone the whole time, until I was done doing what I needed. He didn't just explain the solution and rush me off the phone. Once I realized how EASY ProSites actually makes managing our website, I felt pretty defeated. But not once did Jason make me feel less than just because I didn't know what I was doing. Disregarding the lack of actual practice revenue/patients, the service is terrible. Just do not listen to the requests of the office nor work to tailor the service to the market the office is in. I advise anyone in a smaller market area to avoid them like the plaque. That they require a year contract and then delay cancelation on purpose to get another month of charges out of the office after requested cancellation is the ultimate indicator of their ethics, as discussed in other reviews. They ignored my initial request, in writing for cancellation and are now fighting me on it, also pointed out in reviews by other offices. They never stop trying to sell, sell, sell what the office has repeatedly said they do not want. A very expensive waste of money and time.
