Napanet Internet Services

We've been with Napanet for about four years now. Will I say that it's been totally trouble free? No. BUT, when we've had hiccups with our service we've been able to call and speak to someone who is actually in the same zip code and knows our location and its eccentricities. Anyone who wants to enjoy good, old-fashioned local service for their internet, these are the guys to talk to. Even more amazing, sometimes THEY call ME to give me service updates. Mind. Blown. Well done, Napanet.

Fantastic service from Napa Net. I trade the Asia/Europe markets at night (Pacific Time) and require super high speed internet to transact with various brokers. Rick and Chris always fix issues promptly and exceed expectation. They'll even often pick up my calls in the middle of the night if I have tech issues! This means my business can expand and Napa is fast becoming the Wall Street of the West Coast!

I've had NapaNet for about a year now and have had no issues with my internet. Very consistent service, plenty of speed, and helpful. I have Xfinity at a different property and that internet has gone out numerous times, and it is difficult to get the help I need.

The customer service and knowledge of the service techs is helpful and appreciated with every interaction. When I have a problem connecting (because of high winds or rains), they're quick to respond and act.

Works well in the Coombville area, I get any where between 30-60 Mbps down. I have little to no service interruptions other than major power outages. I can stream and game on multiple devices and even works with up to 5 people. Further notice, the review from Chris Hottel below was from a client who refused to provide adequate payment information and failed to provide a safe and clean work space for technicians to come to.

We tried to give business to the local companies and for being new customers our first bad experience started with the installation process. They have bad customer communications, after waiting the whole day for them, i spoke to the technician and when i expressed my concerns he reacted with bad attitude. We had to finish the work ourselves.
