Excellent, speedy and professional work all around! Every aspect of my install was handled with the care and attention we have been missing in the internet market lately. Gustavo my Wyyerd representative was knowledgeable about the product and swift at getting me a same day install on short notice. Kevin and Manny my Wyyerd techs worked quick and professional and took my needs into consideration. Within an hour I had fiber installed and ready to go. Would highly recommend to anyone considering.

He ran a full speed test, made sure everything was working perfectly, and was super accommodating with the setup based on my space and needs. What really stood out to me was how respectful and thoughtful he was--he even asked for a vacuum or broom to clean up the drill scraps. Most techs just leave the mess behind, so that really surprised me in a good way. Of course, I couldn't let him clean it, but the fact that he offered says a lot about his work ethic. Just switched to Wyyerd. I scheduled a 4pm installation appointment for yesterday afternoon. It wasn't a window. It was a 4:00 appointment.They arrived at 4! I was impressed. The installers were polite, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. So far, the service is great! My Internet speed at 600 is 30x faster for $65/month ($10 less than I had been paying!) Their equipment takes up half the space and the wires were neatly run along the corner of the wall and tacked in place. At this point I'd say I'd recommend Wyyerd 100%. :D

Kevin and Nick arrived on time, actually a little early, and got right to work. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The placement of cables, the overall installation , was clean and thoughtful. We appreciate the time they took to make sure we understood everything and got the right gear to have reception in each necessary area. A job well done.
