Jacob was Awesome!!! I need some answers quick and he delivered. I needed to know how his company could help us and he gave me a thorough tour. We found several ways they could help our start up Charter School be a success! If I could give 6 stars I would have.

During the A+ Plus conference, Jacob G. hosted a workshop session to discuss various options for workforce automation in charter schools that focus on personalized learning. I appreciated hearing from 1 or 2 of their clients about how they contracted R&B for assistance with their website bot and first interactions with potential families. From what I gathered, R&B has the technical and program management capabilities to provide schools with (semi-)custom features to help streamline their often manual and clunky processes. I am hoping our school initiates a consult to see whether their services could help facilitate any of our manual-heavy processes. Note: This review is solely for the workshop I attended, and not any contracted projects.

Jacob from R&B Communications is one of the kindest and most authentic people I know. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. The team has many skill sets and are constantly growing their offerings to serve their clients more fully. Even if you don't know what help you need, they will walk you through all the holes in your business to help figure out how you can save time through automated systems, how to improve your website and/or visibility and so much more. I highly recommend listening to their ideas in how your business can grow with R&B on your side.

The experience was made easy by Jacob, he was so on task to get my project done and listen to my needs. I felt comforted knowing my business needs were being met by folks who are kind, and understand that the IT part of my business is best handled by pros like R&B folks. It is so reassuring to have a person answer the phone and walk me through steps I can take on my own. Better yet - with their remote capabilities, the more complex issues are in their capable hands. They designed a really functional site that perfectly fit our needs. They do high quality work and pay attention to detail. No sloppy outsourcing here, in house work is by competent professionals, and it shows. Sarah is a delight to work with and knows her stuff! When we had a payment issue she was all over it and resolved the problem in record time and saved us losing orders. If you want to build a great site and have it run smoothly you should hire this crew.

I really enjoyed and learned from my initial consultation with Kim Stewart. She presented me with actionable steps for increasing the reach and reputation of my small business. While my budget doesn't allow me to purchase the full services of R&B, I'm implementing several of the basic steps that are within my reach. R&B has a complete package and the company is willing to educate and work with entrepreneurs like me. I appreciate that!
