I've been incredibly impressed with our migration to SetraHost. We opened a ticket to migrate to SetraHost from our old web hosting provider. Yes, the migration had a few issues, but they were very small and quickly resolved. We were very impressed with the support that we received from Damon and Steven. If their ongoing support is as good as it is for new clients going through the migration process, I'll be a happy and loyal client. Thank you!

I'm only into my second day with SetraHost, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with both the customer service and the performance of my website. I bought the shared Starter hosting plan (for a very good price) and requested a migration at 10 PM on Saturday, and only hours later my site was ready to go. Damon helped me and was excellent. As far as performance is concerned, my site now has an A on GTmetrix with 96% performance, whereas with my previous hosting provider it was a B with 82%. And on pagespeed.web.dev I have 100s across the board on Mobile and Desktop. According to my Cloudflare Analytics, my page load time is down about 30% on average compared to before the migration. I was pleasantly surprised to check my site on websitecarbon.com; it says that my site now has a carbon rating of A+, is cleaner than 92% of all other sites globally, produces only 0.09 g of CO2 per page view, and appears to be running on sustainable energy. If this is true, then I think SetraHost should add this to their website. I feel it's a great selling point for people who are mindful of the environment. I was neither paid nor asked to write this review. I'm just very satisfied so far and wanted to show my gratitude. Thank you.

SetraHost is hands down the best hosting company I've ever used. I've worked with many of the big-name providers, and none of them come close to the stability, support, and overall quality of service that SetraHost offers. When all of my websites were hacked while hosted on Bluehost, I was quoted thousands of dollars just to clean them--with no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. SetraHost stepped in, migrated all of my sites, cleaned everything up (for FREE), and I haven't had a single issue since. Their support is truly outstanding--friendly, responsive, and reliable. I recommend them to everyone I know because they genuinely go above and beyond. If you're looking for hosting you can trust, SetraHost is it. Seriously, thank you SetraHost!

My websites load faster than when I was with other hosts. Their support staff don't have phone service but they always respond to messages within 15 minutes and they do the work for you without telling what I need to do, so that's pretty amazing. Love these guys so far!

Best hosting experience. They have been so helpful and easy to work with. Their customer service and support is 5 star. They quickly migrated my 2 websites from my previous host, and charged me a LOT less for their plan. When I've had an issue, they take care of it very quickly. So impressed with this company. I can't recommend them highly enough. I hope they never change and continue being as awesome as they are!

I had to find a new host after BlueHost, which I used for a very long time, violated my pre-paid contract and upped the pricing and downgraded the service. I did some research, and SetraHost's offering included moving all my WordPress websites over seamlessly. I was a bit skeptical and expected issues when moving, but iwas indeed seamless. And since I moved (that was a couple years ago now or so) the uptime, hosting, etc., including and especially the stellar customer service has been terrific. 5 Stars, I highly recommend.
