I had been having problems with Internet service in certain areas of my house for the longest time. Nobody would really do anything. Sonic, AT&T, etc. couldn't be bothered. I got in touch with these folks and not only do I have Internet now on my front porch, it's quicker, it's faster and they were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend these folks. Their customer service is probably the best I've ever had and any kind of service industry. Dante is on top of it and his knowledgeable and professional. His team of installers were super fabulous, fast and efficient. Absolutely the best Internet company out there!!!

Having Web Perception installed was a very pleasant experience. Eric and the other installer, I apologize for not remembering your name this moment, were so easy going, knowledgable and helpful and my WiFi is working so well. Also Wesley, with whom I spoke many times, was so helpful with setting up the whole thing, thank you very much all.

We've hired WebPerception to deliver bandwidth circuits up to 1 Gbps at various locations throughout the SF Bay Area. They say what they do, then they show up on time and do what they say. Pricing is reasonable and fair. Communication is timely and accurate. Really a trustworthy and reputable business. They are responsive and show a vested interest in their customers' success. 6 stars.

I've been a Comcast/Xfinity customer and an AT&T customer. Both had either awful customer service or awful internet service or both. I switched to Sonic, who has good customer service but, because they use AT&T's infrastructure, terrible internet. The upload speed was less than 1 mbps, which meant that when I updated my iOS, or backed up my photos, it took about a WEEK, and I was not able to use internet for anything else during that time. NOT ACCEPTABLE. But now, with WebPerception, my upload speed is 12, more than 25x as fast, and download speed it 53 mbps. PLUS, their customer service is awesome! SO much better than anything I've had before. They are REAL PEOPLE who really care about their customers. Their tech support is available 24/7. Their price is about the same. I've been a customer for over a year now, with no problems at all. They are totally reliable and my internet is reliable. I can't say enough good things about this company. It seems idiotic to use either of the faceless giants out there. They made it really easy to switch. You really can't go wrong with using WebPerception.

Great experience working with this company. We switched to them at work, and have been absolutely thrilled with their service. The install project was not a small deal, since they had to work with AT&T to come and lay fiber on the hill where we are in Terra Linda. Brendan managed our project with great communication, expertise, and follow through. In addition, they made a commitment to Net Neutrality even as it was being dismantled on the federal level. This was important to me personally as well as my employer. I highly recommend this company.

LOVE WebPerception! We recently had 50 surveillance cameras installed at our business. The entire process was amazing. Dan and Erik came out, surveyed the store and had a quote to us within a few days. The price was extremely reasonable and ordering and installation were a breeze. Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We have also used their internet services for years.
