Had this internet service for a good 8 months, and at times it can be decent. But the other times it's in and out of service, always fighting my router and my connection. Bought Starlink which I recommend to do if you have the money for it and live in a rural area. Every time I've talked to someone from the business on the phone it's nice and easy going, but the business is dodgy when it comes to getting ahold of them. It's a 1/10 chance you phone call will be answered or responded to.

I have personally talked with Mike 3 times. He told me he would come check my service "tonight or tomorrow morning". 3 days later he had never shown up or called. I called and left a message; no answer. I called again and he said, "I am on my way to your house. I'll be there in an hour". My husband sat around and waited with our dogs in the house, but he never showed up. My husband has left 3 upset voicemails expressing how unprofessional this business has been, but no response as of yet. Our service is incredibly unreliable, goes out 10 or more times a day. I cannot watch a single episode or movie without having it go out and I have to restart my internet. If someone would just come and tell us that this is the best that we can get, then maybe I would feel a little better, but there has been no response or effort at all!!

Doesn't return calls. Been without internet since the fires this summer. I understand but was told months ago that he was within a day of having the tower back up. He had already bought the equipment and just needed a few hours. I have called over and over again for months. Crickets. I was if not the first was one of his first customers.

Calpine is a small broadband internet company and like all broadband has their ups and downs maintaining service. However, they are exceptional in areas where the alternatives are comparable to dial up. Good overall speed, price, and Mike is great to work with.

I am very happy to have worked with Calpine Wireless about a month ago before everything began to happen. I really couldn't have imagined how I would be getting through all of this without any internet! I was unable to receive wireless internet because of the location I lived with, but that changed when my neighbor recommended me to Calpine Wireless! I love the speed, price, and service provided. Very satisfied customer!

Good service until it wasn't. Cancelled service and they have not refunded my payment. So many attempts to get a refund and no success. Gave me an invoice which shows it was refunded but they never paid. Do not trust them, seek alternative service. Pay with credit card so you can dispute the charge.

Calpine has terrible service as well as customer service!! Good luck getting Mike to answer or return calls. He also gives you the run around and blames your equipment on being the issue.

Outages are more frequent than service, no call back to explain lack of service. Not looking good for the future.
