Emercy is an absolute must visit! I had the pleasure of visiting this winery recently, and what truly set it apart -- beyond the amazing wines -- was the incredible hospitality. Ben, the tasting room manager, is an absolute standout. His warm, welcoming energy makes you feel like a longtime friend from the moment you walk in. He is a real gem at hospitality -- attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable without pretense, and always ready with a great recommendation based on your palate and preferences. If you're lucky, you might also run into Orion if he's not too busy working in the cellar. Orion, the winemaker, has a deep, genuine passion for winemaking and a wealth of knowledge he's more than happy to share. Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just getting into it, you'll walk away having learned something new and interesting. I have come back time and time again Between the stunning setting, outstanding wines, and unforgettable people, this place is a must-visit. Let's just say my wine collection grew and I can't wait to open up some Emercy wines in the near future.

Emery Wines absolutely blew us away. Tucked into the beautiful Paso Robles wine country, this boutique winery delivered not just incredible wines, but a genuinely memorable experience. The 2022 Nolan Syrah was hands-down my favorite--rich, expressive, and full of character. The Pay No Mind 2021 was another standout: perfectly balanced, smooth, and elegant. You can really taste the care and craft that goes into every bottle. What made the experience even better was the welcoming, down-to-earth vibe. The atmosphere is friendly, professional, and refreshingly unpretentious. Ben and Haley were an amazing team--warm, knowledgeable, and passionate without ever being pushy. They made us feel right at home and guided us through the tasting with such ease and enthusiasm. And talk about hospitality--they even accommodated us last minute on Easter Sunday. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and so appreciated! Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just starting to explore Paso Robles, Emery Wines is a must visit. A true gem for anyone who loves great wine and great people.

We have visited Emercy multiple times now. Each visit to Paso we insist on trying new places and rarely repeat, but Emercy has made it into our rotation - for good reason! The wines are killer, for one. We find really interesting and diverse wines here that offer a good mix of Paso wines alongside some other locally sourced cooler climate varietals that bring more variety into the mix. We also find the service here to be some of the most hospitable we've had. Not stuffy, the right balance of relaxing and educational. We always take home a few bottles and the labels end up getting peeled off and saved - the art is too good to toss! We closed out our elopement trip with Emercy on our most recent visit - they treated us so well (and our dog, too!). If you're lucky, the wine maker might be hanging around making pizza and allow you to sneak a slice or two

We recently did a tasting at Emercy with Ben, and the experience & wine was one of the best we've had in Paso. Ben is a knowledgeable & attentive host with a great sense of humor. Wow, how did I not know about Emercy Wines until now?! After living in Paso for 4 years, I finally discovered this hidden gem in Tin City yesterday. This place is seriously cool.Their wines are next-level unique blends. The tasting room has this modern yet super chill vibe that makes you want to stay all day - in fact we spent 3 hours there that flew by! Orion and Ben are the best - friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome. If you haven't been to Emercy yet, grab all your friends and check it out!

OMG. After being turned away from another winery because we did not have reservations, we found Emercy Wines and thought we would try them out. So glad we did. Ben and Hailey were so welcoming and knowledgeable that we were disappointed that we had not heard of Emercy before. We were listened to and guided per our individual tastes, yet were encouraged to try new experiences as well... which were outstanding. Will definitely be a return visit next time we are in the area!!!
