Union Sacre Winery

Visited Union Sacre a couple weeks ago with some friends. It was our first stop for a weekend of wineries and was easily one of the best. Clarissa and Emma were kind and so helpful with teaching us about the wines they serve. It was a great space and atmosphere, and the wine tasted amazing. I speak for my group when I say it is a must-go-to in Paso Robles for a great experience.

It was a very quiet Sunday afternoon when my husband and I visited this tasting room in Tin City. I wanted to try something different other than the typical reds found in Paso Robles. I prefer whites over reds. We got to try some unique wines such as the 40 day in skin orange wine, L'Orangerie, and a dry Riesling. I really don't care for Rieslings because I find them to be too sweet, but Union Sacre makes a delicious dry Riesling. You got to try it! We were very fortunate to have Xavier, the winemaker, walks us through our tastings. He is fantastic and very knowledgeable in his craft. He shared stories of his journey of becoming a winemaker, how he makes his wine, and the wonderful accident of creating Le Clandestine. He even gave us a quick tour of the backrooms where all the magic of winemaking happens.

We had the best time at Union Sacre! Clarissa was not only incredibly knowledgeable but she was a wonderful host as well. The wines are unique and absolutely delightful! It's a must try!

Lovely fresh and adventurous wines. We joined the wine club to keep tasting and enjoying wines like Symphonie 2023, a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, sourced from Oasis Vineyard, Monterey

I had a wonderful time visiting this winery this past July! The wines are delicious and the staff are so, so kind. But what has really impressed me is the wine club: the pricing and perks are quite generous and the winery has great communication whenever there is a shipment or promotion. Highly recommend.

Fantastic rieslings. We had an informative and engaging tasting here. We were so pleased we reserved a spot here while in Tin City and got to have wines that differed and were more creative/interesting than some of the other established wineries across Paso.

We've visited Union Sacre multiple times and absolutely LOVE them! They always have a great selection, and are one of the few wineries in Paso that has good selection of white wines, but also has amazing reds. They also have some really fun and diverse varieties, and we love how elegant and balanced all of their wines are. They're not your typical fruit/alcohol bombs. The owner/winemaker is French and super passionate, and there's a good chance you'll get to meet him when you visit - which is sure to be a great time! No matter what - this is a must visit when you find yourself in Paso! Cheers!
