Joe is absolutely amazing to work with, I cannot possibly give him enough praise in this single review. IT is something many of us business owners put on the back burner, it's not at the forefront of our minds until something catastrophic strikes, your vital day to day processes aren't working, your email account is held for ransom or you find out the hard way the you thought your data was being backed up. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, yet a kind and funny individual who can explain IT in plain English to the rest of us. We rely on Joe for cyber security and all of our IT needs. He ran cable through the entire office, set us up on a new server, has two back up systems installed and is always available when Microsoft wants to try to force an update and we inevitable email issues. Joe is always just a phone call away, if he doesn't answer he calls back shortly to log in remotely and fix the issue. If remote won't suffice, he does not hesitate to come down to the office. I just called him on Saturday right now and Joe is leaving his men's retreat and is coming to my office to help me unlock an email address (user error on my end) so I can continue to work today. He is absolutely amazing and such a blessing in our lives. He also pops in each month with treats for our office and is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Joe to everyone, he is truly one of a kind and you will not be disappointed.

I've been a business owner for 35 years and have Joseph and his team deliver outstanding computer setup, repair, software, hardware work, you name it for over 20 years. There is nothing they can not do and they do it well. NetWiz is not only the go to team, but their pricing is very reasonable, you won't be led astray or sold something not needed. Joseph and his team are honest and reliable and I can't give him a high enough rating, the scale only goes to 5 and he's a 6 !

Joe of NetWiz is absolutely amazing to work with, amazing customer service. We went with a monthly contract and he is only a phone call away. If Joe isn't available then his team answers and remotely log in to fix any issues. I have called Joe on the weekends and evenings when I need help with someone and he has never let me down. I have had multiple IT companies prior to working with Joe, but NetWiz Computers will be the last.

My office recently moved, and I called Joseph in a panic when I realized that I needed some cables installed immediately. Joseph and his team were out immediately and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote and were able to start and complete the job in the same day! I was very impressed with the quality of work that he and his team performed. I would definitely hire them again, if the need arose.

Talking about through the roof service.... you'll never find services in this industry like Netwiz! Joe Salazar is Mr High Energy and will be very prompt in attacking and resolving the issue you may have. Great company to work with.

Netwiz is truly the expert of experts. I had too many other "so-called" experts work on my systems and screw them up. Thank goodness Netwiz could fix what they screwed up. This didn't just happen one time. I learned my lesson. Only Netwiz for me! I just can't afford to have my business down, or even interrupted; and, when it is, it needs to be as little down time as possible as "stuff happens." When the chips are down you know the kind of vendor you are dealing with, and I have found that's when Netwiz is at their best.

I hired them to network the computers in my dental office . I am very pleased with the result . Very professional and efficient . They cleaned every room after they finished . They also fixed the sound system free of charge.
