These "leads" were so bad that I stopped opening their emails. The credit system doesn't help bc they have restrictive rules limiting what qualifies and you have to waste a lot of time trying to get credit that ultimately never comes. My deciding not to open their emails was after personally responding to all leads to get a feel for how to handle them in my firm. They will only send email leads, too. There is no phone call option -- which means that, if you rely on a call answering service as we do, then you can't filter what have been 100% bad leads for us. So someone in your firm will need to personally deal with these time wasting calls. Plus, boosting this service ultimately lowers real lawyer website competitiveness, similar to AVVO, which is now their affiliate. Not recommended.

Perfectly worthless, time-consuming, and futile exercise in following up bad leads and being denied credit for same, even when they are explicitly outside your practice area. And if you get a legit lead in your specialty field, he or she will almost certainly be flat broke and interested in a payment plan.

On your divorce questioner, you ask: Do you have children? Most clients will answer: YES Even though their children are 22 and 24 years old. So, we quote them the price of a divorce with minor children, which is 50% higher, and we loose them. You must start indication you are inquiring about a divorce with MINOR CHILDREN, not just the word CHILDREN. You cause us to loose several hundred dollars each month. Please include the word "MINOR". PLEASE!!

Fake leads, no vetted, disconnected phones, people saying they weren't looking for a lawyer. Company took the money and failed to returned it once confronted about the leads being unreal.

I would say that Martindale has greatly increased. The business that I have received over the past seven years and their customer service has generally been outstanding.

Great lead program. My business has grown with their help. The leads give me a starting point to engage with new clients and their legal needs. I've been a client for two years now. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with how things played out with this company. My firm and I were very enthusiastic about signing up and all seemed fine during the starting process. But it was really too good to be true. Then, we kept receiving leads that weren't beneficial. After bringing this to their attention they claimed they would recredit us and give us new leads, but then they charged us again when we hadn't even reached the amount of leads we initially paid for. And most of the leads were outdated with clients that had auto accidents many years ago. Very misleading and potentially fraudulent.
